Leuterio Realty Bags Top Realty Award from Cebu Landmasters Inc.

Last December 12, 2019, Leuterio Realty & Brokerage bagged the Top 1 Master Brokerage Award from the country’s BEST PROPERTY DEVELOPER of 2019; Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI). It was held at Rosario Pavilion, Limketkai Cagayan de Oro City.

CLI, as mentioned by Ms. Marie Rose Yulo (VP of Sales), had exemplary sold Billion pesos sales for the year 2019 with the help of their broker partners. Out of a number of realties selling Cebu Landmasters projects in Cagayan de Oro, Leuterio Realty & Brokerage had the highest total number of sales.

The award was given during CLI’s Night of the Masters 2019. It’s an event full of thanksgiving and recognition for a job well done in a year of selling Cebu Landmasters Inc. projects in Cagayan de Oro City. It was an invitational event that was attended by more than a hundred of their real estate partners.

Leuterio Realty Agents and Brokers also topped the project-based awards;

• Top 1 Master Broker for Casa Mira Towers – Ms. Rowena Kho (REB)
• TOP 2 Master Broker for Velmiro Uptown – Leo Ross Torralba
• TOP 3 Master Broker for Velmiro Uptown – Kenneth Jun Pancito

The awards were personally handed by the CLI’s CEO himself Mr. Jose Soberano III assisted by his daughter Ms. Joanna Marie Soberano-Bergundthal (VP and Marketing Director) and Ms. Marie Rose Yulo (VP for Sales).
