Filipino Homes Founder and CEO is one of Kabayan 2022 Awardees, pledges his prize to the company’s Christmas community outreach fund

Our very own founder and CEO Anthony Gerard Leuterio was recognized one of the 2022 Kabayan Entrepreneur Awardees during Go Negosyo’s 17th anniversary on December 3, 2022. The event was attended by thousands of current and former OFWs who want to learn about financial management and best practices from OFWs who have become entrepreneurs, businessmen, and content creators.

Filipino Homes’ Leuterio is joined by eight other awardees, namely Arvin Esperida of Bodega ni Tatay; Angelito Castro of Angel Castro Aqua Ventures; Elpidia Abel, Inspiring OFW awardee; Jeffrey Guansing, YouTube influencer and founder of Team Harabas; Malou Prado, owner of MPQ Travel & Tourism; Mardel delos Santos of Ledam’s Collections Company; Mark Durotan of Diko’s Food Processing & Diko’s Integrated Farm; and Marvin Intal of Intal Garments.

Leuterio said it’s an honor to be named as one of the Filipino entrepreneurs who have helped OFWs invest in real estate, contributing to the country’s economic prosperity. Filipino Homes has been helping OFWs and their families realize their dreams of home ownership. It also provides opportunities to Filipinos to explore the limitless opportunities in the real estate industry. The company has been promoting property investing in the Philippines to OFWs and foreign buyers in Singapore, the United States, the Middle East, and many more.

During the year-end summit held in Pasay City, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos announced that President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. is giving ₱200,000 each to the nine recipients of the Kabayan 2022 Awards.

And because the ₱200,000 cash prize came as a pleasant surprise, Leuterio, in a Facebook post, has pledged to contribute the cash bonus to the Christmas community outreach programs to be organized by Filipino Homes and ACRES Philippines.
