Online Oathtaking for Real Estate Salesperson | How to apply and why you should apply now

Real Estate Salespersons in the Philippines need to be accredited to PRC or the Professional Regulations Commission under a Registered and Active Licensed Broker. Once your resolution number as a salesperson gets approved, you are then required to register your accreditation to PRC. The regional PRC will endorse your application for oath-taking to PRBRES or the Philippine Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service.

You will receive an email about this endorsement. And then you will receive an email from PRBRES about the e-oath schedule.

E-oath schedules will be sponsored by different regional offices of PRC. It may not be your mother-regional office or the office where you filed your application.

Tip: Follow the official Facebook Page of the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).

PRC will post schedules for e-oath on their official Facebook page [https://www.facebook.com/professionalregulationcommission]. Once posted, immediately log in to www.online.prc.gov.ph. Slots for the e-oath taking are limited, so once you saw the announcement post for the opening of slots, log in immediately to your PRC account to secure your slot.
