Record Year for Property Award Entries
The growth in popularity for the Asia Pacific Property Awards continues in 2017 with a record number of entries in all categories. Our winners can look forward to the awards ceremony on 25th – 26th May 2017, taking place in the exciting and vibrant city of Bangkok at The Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.
A recent entrant anticipating a win is LPPA Design Group based in Manila, who provide architecture, interior design and planning services. The Legaspi Tower I, a premier high rise residential building, located in Makati is the flagship development of the Sapphire Reality Corporation. The 40-storey tower is a unique, modern building, offering luxurious living and state of the art facilities. The design encapsulates its vision by using innovative and cutting edge design strategies, whilst adopting green and sustainable policies which complement its surrounding environment.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards is part of the global International Property Awards which began in 1995, celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating within Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design and Development. The awards are split in to regions covering UK, Europe, Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America and the USA. Judging is completed by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the UK House of Lords.
The top winners in the Asia Pacific region will automatically be entered in to the overall International awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony, held in London at the end of the year. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
The awards will also play host to IPAX Global, an open networking event and exhibition aimed at key property industry professionals and attended by many major decision makers within the property industry. Attendees can look forward to live seminars, conducted by expert speakers and take part in open discussions. This is a great opportunity to make connections, form new alliances and generate new business.
