Our humble beginnings as a homebuilder started in 2008. We focus on designing and building private residential projects tailor-fitted to the owner’s needs. Across time, as we existed for more than a decade, we believe the Filipino’s palate for homes has evolved. And so we continuously innovate ourselves to achieve that “Perfect Home”. On July 2019, EXACON launches its 1st property development, Amuma Mactan, a resort home located at the heart of Philippine’s Historic Resort City with access to a white sand beach. Amuma Mactan is a single luxury home equipped with solar power, rainwater recycling system and other green features. It is a fully furnished residence with internet of things (IoT) for security, window automation and light & power management. EXACON positions itself as the “Developer of Masterbuilds” - homes where mastercraft are intertwined with keen attention to details. We innovate. We take pride. We build with passion.
