Mary Kris Dela Cruz

I have worked as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative in 3 different companies. Where I have assisted my customers effectively regarding their inquiries and issues, most specifically the irate customers. Where also i have developed patience and effective communication skills to assist my customers effectively. I have Also served a full time Mission for 18 months in the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, where we teach the gospel of Jesus Christ every day, I was also given the opportunity to train three times, where I developed leadership, consistency and hard work. I was also an ESL teacher and taught Japanese, Koreans and Brazilians basic English communications skills. I am as well a Mother of two amazing children.
