About Julie

From Customer Service Representative to Mompreneur, and now a full-time Real Estate Professional, my journey has been a beautiful story of faith, courage, growth, and new beginnings. I started my career in April 2011 at Sykes Asia in Cebu, where I spent 10 years in the BPO industry handling customer support, telemarketing, appointment setting, and remote work. After years of working on graveyard shifts, I took a leap of faith and started my own trade and supply business in Samar, supplying local, Davao, and imported fruits. It was not always easy, but it taught me patience, resilience, and the value of hard work. Later on, life brought me to General Santos City, where my husband is originally from. We took over Yuliyah Hostel in Lagao, and as my three children continued their college journey in Gensan, I decided to close my Samar business and embrace a new chapter. In April 2024, I joined Filipino Homes and decided to pursue real estate full-time. With my background in customer service, sales, business, and people handling, I found a career where I could serve, grow, and create more opportunities not only for myself, but also for my family and clients. By God’s grace, even though I was not originally from Gensan, many doors opened for me. Property owners trusted me to manage their rental properties, clients trusted me with their investments, and my real estate journey continued to grow. In my first year, I became the Top 1 Rent Manager in General Santos City and a NatCon 2025 Qualifier. Today, after more than two years in real estate, I am grateful to have reached 200 closed deals across rentals, project selling, housing subdivisions, condominiums, and brokerage. I am also blessed to have achieved the highest recognition as Rent Manager Pro and to be once again a NatCon 2026 Qualifier. More than the awards and achievements, real estate has given me purpose, freedom, and the chance to build a better future. Through my commissions and incentives, I was able to invest in four houses, which I believe will help create passive income for my future and retirement. I am deeply grateful to God for His grace, to my family for being my inspiration, to my clients and property owners for their trust, and to Boss Anthony Leuterio, the visionary founder of Filipino Homes, for creating a life-changing platform that continues to open doors for many people. My journey is a reminder that with faith, hard work, humility, and the right opportunity, life can truly change for the better. And I know in my heart — the best is yet to come.
