How to become a Rent Manager
Rent.ph has started a free online course to become a Rent Manager in the country. The course consists of a two-part webinar and an online examination. The graduates who have completed the two-part webinar of the Rent Manager course will automatically become Rent Manager Specialist when they successfully pass the online examination prepared by Rent.ph. These specialists will become Certified Rent Managers once they manage to complete rental agreements effectively and efficiently.
Two-Part Webinar
Interested practitioners will need to attend a 2-part webinar about property management. Each session is about 1.5 hours long.
What you’ll learn
- Understand the rental process from showing the property to a potential tenant to moving in.
- Understand the importance of preventative maintenance and handling ongoing maintenance requests.
- Establish a foundation of policies and procedures to help manage property operations, tenants, and maintenance.
- Understand the concept of housing laws and how they affect the way you manage a property.
- Understand the importance of excellent service in a Property Management career and the business or operations of a property.
Accreditation
An online examination will be given to those who have attended the 2-part webinar. Passers will be given a digital Certificate of Accreditation and will become a Rent Manager Specialist.
Specialists will need complete rental agreements effectively and efficiently to become Certified Rent Managers.
The first batch of Rent Manager Specialists has completed the course on January 7, 2021.
