Payment Terms:
Security Deposit of 1500 PHP (Refundable upon check out if no damages and mess)
Payment for rent will be paid in full at the Reception upon Check in.
Check in time 2:00 pm and check out time is 12 noon

NOTE: "Clean as you go" else and additional charge for cleaning.
