Description

An 18 square meter, ground floor studio unit in Bayanihan Flats - Pajac Lapu2x Cebu. A few minutes away from JPark Island Resort, QQ English and Little Einstein to name a few. It is good for a maximum of 3 guests. You can now explore Mactan Island for weeks or a month without spending too much for accomodation. Let’s make your stay a good one!

The space
An affordable studio unit where you can cook and relax in Lapu2x Mactan. Induction stove, mini refrigerator, hot/cold drinking water dispenser, pots, pans, plates and utensils are already provided too.

Guest access
We currently DO NOT HAVE WIFI wifi but there is an android TV with movies through usb for the time being. Also, we would like to continue not charging any cleaning fees so please try to clean up before check out. It will be appreciated muchly.

Other things to note
Bayanihan Flats Lapu2x is still an ongoing construction so the pool, clubhouse and parking area will not be available just yet.
