4. Pandemic schedule: amenity area opens on 9am to 6pm.
5. Guests/visitors who use the amenities will be charged by tambuli resort at day use rate.
6. Electricity is FREE (for now) until Tambuli admin starts charging. Both will be paid by the renter (if ever).
7. No smoking in the condo unit & balcony. No pets allowed.
8. Renter is NOT allowed to sublease or rent out or operate an AirBnb on the condo unit.
9. Maximum number of people to stay in the condo: 2 adults + 2 kids
