Condo rent in Iloilo Philippines varies by tower, unit size, and furnishing. Studio and 1-bedroom units sit at the entry tier; 2- and 3-bedroom units cost more. Fully-furnished units command a premium over semi- or bare units. Use Filipino Homes price filters to compare current rates.

Most landlords include access to building amenities (gym, pool, lobby reception, 24/7 security) and association dues. Tenants typically shoulder electricity, water, internet, and parking if not bundled. Always confirm what is included before signing the contract.

Standard leases are 12 months. Most landlords require 2 months' deposit plus 2 months' advance rent at signing. Short-term and 6-month leases are sometimes available at higher monthly rates.

Pet policy is set by each condominium corporation, not the landlord. Some buildings allow small dogs and cats with weight limits and registration fees; others prohibit pets entirely. Always check the master deed or condo rules before applying.
