Filipinohomes leaders met in Cebu on October 6 to align Q4 sales strategies, explore AI tools, and advance Dubai expansion for global opportunities.
CEBU CITY — Filipinohomes founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio convened select Team Leaders and Unit Managers for a strategic meet-up at Citadines Cebu City on October 6, 2026. The session aimed to align leadership for the final quarter and beyond.
A Strategic Meet-Up for Q4
The gathering at the 10th floor of Citadines Cebu City began at 12:45 PM, bringing together key leaders from the network. The primary focus was accelerating Q4 sales performance, strengthening recruitment pipelines, and finishing the year with strong results. With the National Real Estate Convention 2026 scheduled for October 18–19 at Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark in Mactan, Cebu, the timing was critical for teams to maximize momentum.
Leuterio emphasized that the meet-up was more than a routine meeting. He said it was an opportunity to align vision, strengthen leadership, and sharpen strategies for the final quarter. The session also prepared leaders for NatCon 2026, where top performers will be recognized and best practices shared.
AI-Powered Future
The network has been steadily integrating AI into its ecosystem, from the AI-powered marketing portal launched in July 2026 to AI training sessions conducted for teams including Team Red Diamond in September. These tools aim to make doing business easier for agents and leaders.
Leuterio stressed that real estate’s future will be shaped by those who adapt and innovate. The AI initiatives reflect Filipinohomes’ commitment to technology-driven operations, ensuring its sales force remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market. Leaders discussed how these tools can streamline workflows and enhance client service.

The meet-up also covered updates on FHI Global Property Dubai, the network’s international arm. Leuterio shared progress on strengthening international marketing initiatives and expanding opportunities for Filipino agents and brokers in the global real estate market. FHI Global Dubai recently held a “Sell Dubai from Manila” partner recruitment program on October 6 at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas, opening a pathway for Philippine-based brokers to earn commissions from Dubai property sales.
The Dubai office secured its Real Estate Advertising Permit in June 2026 and has been actively onboarding OFW investors. These developments position Filipinohomes as a global player, creating new income streams for its members. The expansion aligns with the network’s vision of empowering leaders with international opportunities.
Leuterio underscored the broader mission: “We are not simply building a real estate company. We are building an ecosystem powered by technology, empowered leaders, strategic partnerships, and global opportunities.” He called on leaders to carry the momentum forward, finishing 2026 strong and building an even bigger future together.
