CLI launched a tiered incentive package at a Bohol product seminar on June 11, rewarding agents with up to ₱39,000 cash, appliances, and rice for multiple unit sales.
BOHOL — A product knowledge seminar with Filipinohomes at Bohol on June 11, 2026, did more than refresh agents on project details. It introduced a new tiered seller incentive package designed to reward agents who move multiple units. The rewards range from direct cash and back‑to‑school allowances to mini appliances and 50‑kilogram sacks of rice. The initiative aims to boost sales of Cebu Landmasters Inc. projects across the province.
The session, led by a CLI representative, covered the developer’s active residential projects in Bohol, including Velmiro Greens in Panglao and Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao. Agents received updated sales materials, floor plans, and sample amortization schedules tied to Pag‑IBIG’s subsidized 3‑percent interest rate under the Expanded 4PH Program. The training reinforced CLI’s view of Bohol as a core market for its mid‑market and economic housing brands.
A Performance‑Based Rewards Structure
The highlight of the seminar was the presentation of a straightforward, performance‑based incentive scheme. An agent who sells one unit receives a ₱10,000 advance incentive plus ₱3,000 in back‑to‑school cash. For two units, the reward doubles to ₱20,000 plus ₱6,000 and a mini appliance. The top tier—three units—delivers ₱30,000 plus ₱9,000, a mini appliance, a gift basket, and a 50‑kilogram sack of rice.
The incentives are cumulative. An agent who sells three units walks away with ₱39,000 in total cash, plus the appliance, gift basket, and rice. The advance incentive is a bonus paid upon reservation, while the back‑to‑school cash is a seasonal allowance intended to help agents with education expenses. This family‑focused addition resonated strongly with the attendees, many of whom are parents or guardians.
The June 11 incentive rollout mirrors CLI’s long‑standing commitment to recognizing sales performance. In 2023, the developer launched the CLI Masters Circle, an exclusive rewards program for high‑performing sellers. While that program focused on annual accumulation, the new package is a short‑term, campaign‑style incentive aimed at driving volume over the mid‑year selling season.
CLI clarified that the cash rewards are agent bonuses, not price deductions, and do not affect the buyer’s contract price or monthly amortization. The back‑to‑school incentive is tied to the current enrolment season, encouraging agents to close deals before the typical August school break. This clear structure gives sellers a near‑term target and immediate financial returns.
For the agents who attended the seminar, the incentive package provides a powerful motivator. Each unit sold translates into tangible rewards that agents can use or share with their families. The combination of advance cash and school allowances ensures that new CLI sellers see financial benefits quickly, while the appliances, gift basket, and rice add a shareable, family‑friendly component.
CLI representatives reminded participants that the incentive programme is for a limited period. With Bohol’s property market remaining resilient—supported by tourism recovery, airport upgrades, and the 4PH program—the new package positions Filipinohomes agents to capture rising demand while enjoying substantial rewards for their efforts.
