Filipinohomes CEO Anthony Leuterio launched the first Dubai Power Training batch on July 25, equipping 20 agents with cross‑border sales and rental management skills at Rigga Business Center.
DUBAI, UAE – Filipinohomes founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio launched the first session of the Dubai 2026 Real Estate Power Training on July 25, 2026, at the Rigga Business Center in Deira. The exclusive, small‑cohort workshop marks a decisive step in building a permanent Filipino‑led real estate brand in the Emirates.
A Classroom of Twenty, A Mission for Thousands
Leuterio deliberately capped each session at 20 participants to guarantee direct mentorship. As a RERA‑licensed broker and the 2024 International Realtor of the Year, he brought both global credentials and frontline Dubai experience into the room. Agents did not simply listen; they practiced real‑time deal simulations and walked through the emirate’s regulatory framework.
The curriculum revolved around two integrated platforms designed to generate commissions on both sides of a property’s lifecycle. FHI Global.ae gives agents access to off‑plan and pre‑selling projects across Dubai and the wider UAE. Rentsouq.ae, built on the proven Rent.ph model, enables them to list apartments, villas, and commercial spaces across all seven emirates while earning recurring rental income.
A significant portion of the training focused on the Real Estate Regulatory Agency’s compliance requirements. Participants learned how to prepare documentation that meets Dubai’s exacting legal standards, protecting both buyers and agents. Understanding RERA is not optional—it is the foundation of a credible international career.
The agents also explored digital tools that automate tenant screening, lease renewals, and payment tracking. These systems free up time for high‑value activities like networking and closing sales. Leuterio emphasized that technology, when properly harnessed, allows a single agent to manage a portfolio that once required an entire office.
Leuterio framed the training within a larger narrative of Filipino economic empowerment. He challenged the participants to see themselves not merely as overseas workers but as business owners capable of building wealth in one of the world’s most dynamic property markets. His message resonated deeply with an audience of OFWs hungry for a legitimate path to financial independence.
His daughter, COO May Antonette P. Leuterio, co‑founder of Rentsouq.ae, reinforced this vision. Together, they represent a family‑led push to professionalize cross‑border real estate practice and give Filipinos a respected seat at the global investment table. The power training is a tangible expression of that ambition.
The July 25 session follows the FHI Global Real Estate Leaders Summit held the previous day, which gathered top agents for an eight‑hour executive masterclass. Earlier in July, free landlord training sessions in Abu Dhabi and strategic meetings with developer partners further deepened the network’s UAE roots. These consecutive events create a pipeline of informed agents and investors.
The timing aligns with record OFW investment in Dubai, driven by zero property tax, high rental yields, and the UAE Golden Visa. Filipinohomes established its permanent Dubai office in 2025 and has since onboarded a growing roster of licensed brokers. The power training solidifies that foundation, turning ambition into actionable expertise.
