Filipinohomes and Homes.ph held a broker meeting at Dusit Thani Manila on August 12 to align on agent development, digital platforms, and nationwide expansion.
MAKATI CITY — Filipinohomes, together with its media arm Homes.ph, hosted a high-level brokerage meeting at Dusit Thani Manila on August 12, 2026. The session aligned strategies on broker development, digital platform integration, and the network's nationwide expansion goals.
A Shared Vision for Broker Empowerment
The meeting was led by Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio, founder and CEO of Filipinohomes, and Alejandro S. Mañalac, Chairman of Havitas Properties. Mañalac's 35 years of real estate experience, including his role as operating principal of Keller Williams Manila Bay, brought significant weight to the discussions. Their combined expertise set a clear direction for agent growth.
Their partnership is not new. Leuterio and Mañalac have previously joined forces in training initiatives, most notably a New Agents' Orientation in Imus, Cavite, on May 1, 2026. That session focused on teaching new agents how to earn their first six-figure commission through disciplined prospecting and client care.

Central to the talks was how Homes.ph, the network's media platform, can power broker growth. With its integrated ecosystem of real estate listings, local business directories, and regional news, Homes.ph gives agents a powerful tool for visibility and client engagement. This digital advantage is a key part of Filipinohomes' strategy to stay ahead in a competitive market.
Leuterio emphasized that continuous learning remains vital. The network's investment in training programs, combined with digital tools, creates a complete support system for agents. The goal is to ensure that every broker, whether new or experienced, has access to the resources needed to succeed.
The meeting comes at a time of rapid expansion for Filipinohomes. The same day saw product knowledge seminars in Iloilo and brokerage training in Cagayan de Oro. Earlier in August, the network celebrated its 145th office blessing in General Santos City, signaling continued growth. These activities underscore the network's commitment to equipping agents with the tools they need.
Mañalac, who describes himself as a "developer of champions with values," has long championed ethical, client-centered practice. His "Shark Principles" program aims to train agents in responsible real estate while maintaining competitive excellence. Leuterio, a 2024 International Realtor of the Year, shares this vision. Together, they are building a culture that prioritizes integrity alongside performance.
