Rent.ph marks 13 years of its Cares Program with a Bohol school outreach, fulfilling its promise that every rental helps make one child happy.
BOHOL — Rent.ph celebrated 13 years of its Cares Program on September 9, 2026, by bringing joy to students at Teodoro M. Pesquira National High School in Bayongan, San Miguel. The outreach fulfilled a promise made since 2013: every rental transaction helps make one child happy.
A Promise That Endures
When Rent.ph was established in 2013, its founders made a commitment that went beyond business. Every time someone rents a property through the platform, the company would help make one child happy. Thirteen years later, that promise remains at the heart of the organization's identity.
The Rent.ph Cares Program continues to fulfill this commitment through monthly gatherings with children. These events create moments of happiness through food, fun, gifts, and simple celebrations. The initiative reflects the platform's belief that business is not only about properties and transactions—it is also about creating a positive impact.

Bringing Joy to Bohol Students
The September 9 outreach brought hundreds of students together for a day of generosity and fun. The Rent.ph Cares team, joined by volunteers, organized games, distributed meals and school supplies, and welcomed a special visit from the Jollibee mascot. Children eagerly posed for photos with the beloved character, their laughter filling the school grounds.
Volunteers ensured that every student felt valued and supported. For many, the event was a welcome break from daily routines and a reminder that they are not forgotten. The atmosphere was filled with energy and joy as children participated in activities and shared stories with their peers.
The Bohol outreach follows a similar initiative in June 2026, when Rent.ph and Filipinohomes volunteers from Team VIP Luzon visited Gracel Christian College Foundation Inc. in Taguig City. That event, under the "Back to School, Back to Dreams" program, distributed backpacks and school supplies to students.

May Antonette Leuterio, Managing Director of Rent.ph and COO of Filipinohomes, has consistently emphasized that the platform is more than a digital bulletin board for rentals. She said Rent.ph has become a community that empowers rent managers and supports their professional journeys.
This philosophy has driven the platform's growth. Rent.ph now has more than 4,500 trained rental managers overseeing thousands of residential, commercial, and alternative spaces nationwide. A portion of each transaction supports community initiatives in underserved areas, adding a social impact element to the business model.
Looking Ahead
As Rent.ph celebrates 13 years, the company remains committed to its dual mission of professionalizing rental management and giving back. The Cares Program's monthly activities continue to bring joy to children across the Philippines, transforming every rental transaction into an opportunity for kindness.
To property owners, developer partners, renters, and the entire Rent.ph family, the company expressed gratitude. The anniversary message concluded with a reaffirmation of purpose: "Rent with purpose. Rent with heart." Every successful rental is not just a transaction—it is a chance to make one child happy.
