Over 75 agents joined WeeComm's 2026 Europe trip to Switzerland and Milan, continuing the developer's tradition of rewarding top sellers with luxury travel and cars.
SWITZERLAND / ITALY — More than 75 real estate agents from across the Philippines are currently living their dream in Switzerland and Milan, Italy, as part of WeeComm Inc.'s 2026 Europe Incentive Trip. The journey, which took the group from the Swiss Alps to the fashion capital of Milan, capped a month of travel rewards that have become a hallmark of the developer's agent‑first culture.
"Two men. One shared dream. A revolution in Philippine real estate," Filipinohomes founder and CEO Anthony Leuterio wrote in a May 31 social media post celebrating WeeComm founders Cesar Wee and Carson Choa. "They built from the ground up, brick by brick, relationship by relationship. What sets them apart is not just their success — it is how they bring others with them."
A Company Built on Rewarding Agents
The 2026 Europe trip is the latest in a long line of incentives offered by WeeComm, a developer known for its "Beyond Ordinary" philosophy. According to Leuterio's post, the company has given away more than 65 cars to top‑performing agents and has sent over 200 agents on travel incentives every single year. The 2025 edition took top sellers to another European destination.
"When other developers are pulling back, we continue rewarding the real heroes of our industry — our sellers," WeeComm founder Cesar Wee said in a comment on the post. The incentive program is a core part of the company's identity. WeeComm has consistently tied agent performance to tangible rewards, from cars to international travel, building a culture where sales success is visibly and generously recognized.

The 2026 incentive trip featured a curated itinerary that mixed alpine scenery with urban sophistication. The group started in Switzerland, where they experienced mountain panoramas, cable‑car rides, and Swiss hospitality. The second leg took them to Milan, where they visited the Duomo, shopped at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and sampled northern Italian cuisine.
At least one fine‑dining restaurant was included in the trip, with agents sharing photos of lavish meals and group toasts on social media. Filipinohomes agents and brokers were among the awardees, reflecting the strong partnership between the country's largest real estate network and the developer. WeeComm recognized Filipinohomes as a top‑selling brokerage at the 6th National WeeComm Awards on April 30 at Solaire Resort North.

For Leuterio, the incentive program is about more than travel. "Every car they gave away, every trip they sponsored — that is a life changed. A family uplifted. A dream made possible," he wrote. WeeComm has conducted product knowledge seminars in CDO and Iloilo, hosted agent orientations, and held site tours throughout May, with the Europe trip serving as the culmination of those efforts.
WeeComm has already announced the 2027 destination: the Netherlands. "See you all next year in Netherlands!" Leuterio wrote, signaling the developer's long‑term commitment to its agents. For the 75 agents touring Switzerland and Milan, the message from WeeComm's founders was clear: the company takes care of its own.
