About Danilo

Our FilipinoHomes Journey: From Entrepreneurship to Empowering Filipino Dreams. Our journey with FilipinoHomes began in March 2018 — a vision born from years of experience, passion, and a desire to help more Filipino families achieve their dreams of owning a home. Before entering the real estate industry, we were blessed to build and manage our businesses for more than 22 years. Through God’s grace, our companies continued to grow and serve clients with dedication and excellence. Together with my husband, Danny, we personally handled corporate accounts, ensuring quality service, strong relationships, and customer satisfaction. Our experience in advertising, sales, marketing, and promotional products became our foundation in understanding the importance of trust, commitment, and delivering value to every client we serve. As a mother of two children, I always believed in creating a better future for our family while also helping others achieve their goals. I started as a buyer who simply dreamed of owning properties, but God opened a greater path for me — transforming me from a property buyer into a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Unit Manager of Leuterio Realty & Brokerage. Through FilipinoHomes, we discovered a bigger purpose: not just selling properties, but building dreams, creating opportunities, and empowering Filipinos to have a place they can proudly call home. Today, FilipinoHomes continues to grow nationwide and globally, reaching more Filipino communities and helping aspiring homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals succeed. Our mission is simple — to serve with integrity, inspire people, and help build a brighter future for every Filipino family. This is more than a business journey. This is a story of faith, perseverance, transformation, and God’s blessing. From a simple dream in 2018, FilipinoHomes continues to stand as a symbol of hope, opportunity, and Filipino excellence around the world.
