Cerise Tower broke ground on October 15, 2020, marking the start of construction of this project in the Southwoods City, Laguna. This residential & office development is owned by Malveda Properties and Development Corporation and managed by HAVITAS Developments.

Cerise Tower is strategically located 2 blocks from a hospital, a 5-minute walk to the mall, a 5-minute drive to the Collegio San Agustin-Biñan, and is less than 10 minutes away from the world-class Southwoods Golf Course.
