Filipino Homes Opens Key City Offices in Mindanao
July is a month of rebirth as we open Filipino Homes key city offices in Mindanao. Mindanao is currently the eye candy of investments and developments as the first Mindanaoan President in the Philippines, President Rodrigo Duterte take oath to office last June 30, 2016. As timely as it is, Filipino Homes opened offices in Davao City, General Santos City and Cagayan de Oro City, the 3 cities in Mindanao eyed as the best retirement places and 2016 most competitive cities in the country.

General Santos City or GenSan formerly known as Dadiangas, is a 3 hour roadtrip from Davao City or an hour away from Manila. Gensan is known for Tuna and it’s award winning International standard Fish port in the country. Classified as a highly urbanized first class city and the 15th most populous city in the country. Now, GenSan is also known as the home of people’s champ now Senator Manny Pacquiao. General Santos City Filipino Homes office opened last July 8, 2016. Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao also graced the event.
Davao City was set to limelight with the leadership of their former Mayor now Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte. Mayor Duterte (as what he prefers to be called) made a remarkable change in his multiple terms of office as Mayor of Davao City. The legacy continues as the younger generations of Duterte’s joined the politics as well to continue the works of their dad. It is with his strict adherence to the law and city rules and regulations that made Davao City as the safest City in the country and as one of the top 10 safest places in the world. Cagayan de Oro City (CDO), the 2nd most outstanding and progressive city of the country. Real estate developments and projects are flourishing from here and there. CDO’s port ranked 3rd in Cargo handling for first quarter of 2016. Cagayan de oro is the hometown of our very own Miss Universe 2016 Ms. Pia Wurtzbach. CDO was eyed as one of the cities best for retirement . CDO is also being considered for the pre- pageant events of the soon to be Miss Universe 2017 in the Philippines.
