Pension House For Rent in Bacolod City Negros Occidental

House rentals in Bacolod City Negros Occidental are priced by lot/floor area, number of bedrooms, parking slots, and whether the property is inside a gated subdivision. Furnished homes cost more than bare; long-term leases (12+ months) typically secure better rates.

Most landlords require 2 months' deposit plus 2 months' advance rent. Some ask for a post-dated-check arrangement covering the full lease period. Always get a signed contract and an itemized inventory before moving in.

Usually not. Tenants shoulder electricity, water, internet, and garbage collection. Homeowners association (HOA) dues for gated villages may be paid by the landlord or split — clarify in writing before signing.

Some sellers and developers offer rent-to-own arrangements where part of the monthly payment credits toward eventual purchase. Terms vary widely. Filipino Homes agents can identify rent-to-own listings and help you compare against straight buy-or-rent options.
