Emerald Estates, Southprime Flats Lead WeeComm Updates for Filipinohomes

ILOILO CITY — Filipinohomes conducted a WeeComm Product Knowledge Seminar via Zoom on September 9, 2026, drawing over 20 agents eager to deepen their expertise on the developer's flagship projects. The session spotlighted Emerald Estates and Southprime Flats while highlighting a new water pipeline partnership set to serve the subdivision.

A Water Pipeline Milestone for Emerald Estates

A significant highlight of the seminar was the water infrastructure partnership involving Emerald Estates. On September 3, 2026, Metro Pacific Iloilo Water Inc. and Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc. signed a memorandum of agreement for a new water transmission pipeline.

The 5,137-linear-meter pipeline will connect Mandurriao Plaza to Emerald Estates in Barangay Cagbang, Oton. It provides the subdivision with a direct, dedicated water connection while strengthening the distribution system serving Mandurriao, Sooc, and nearby areas. Construction targets January 2027, with completion in nine months.

WeeComm Chief Operating Officer Carson Choa emphasized the broader impact of the project. He said the initiative would benefit not only Emerald Estates but also all residents along the areas served by MPIW's water line, calling it part of the company's community-building efforts.

Emerald Estates: Award-Winning Residential Living

Agents also reviewed Emerald Estates' residential offerings. The 9.5-hectare subdivision provides single-attached houses and townhouses with floor areas from 45 to 106 square meters. The community was named Best Housing Development for Visayas at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

Its "Nature & Nurture" concept blends residences with landscaped green spaces. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and basketball court. The combination of green surroundings and modern conveniences appeals to families seeking a balanced lifestyle in a growing corridor.

Southprime Flats: Construction Accelerates

The seminar provided updates on Southprime Flats, WeeComm's three-building, low-density mid-rise condominium in Mandurriao. Building 1 has achieved its complete exterior perspective, while Building 2 progresses with paint and tile works. Building 3 has begun structural works for its third-floor slab.

The development offers 585 units with studio, dormitory, and combined layouts. A standout feature is the SAM smart-home system, which allows residents to control air conditioning, lighting, and appliances remotely. Shared spaces include an elevated Outdoor Bridge Park connecting all three buildings and a co-working area for freelancers.

Building on Recent Training Momentum

The September 9 seminar follows a series of WeeComm-focused engagements across the network. On August 19, Filipinohomes conducted a similar WeeComm Zoom PKS covering the same projects. On August 12, an in-person product knowledge seminar was held at the Iloilo office.

On August 4, the network launched its "New Agent Meet-Up and Kamustahan with WeeComm," connecting fresh recruits with the developer's representatives. These back-to-back activities reflect Filipinohomes' sustained commitment to agent development across Western Visayas.
