Filipinohomes CEO Anthony Leuterio will conduct a “Build Wealth in Real Estate: Essential Strategies for Beginners” seminar on May 20, 2026, at Waves Hotel in San Rafael, Baliuag, Bulacan. The session comes as Bulacan sees an 30.4% year‑on‑year increase in construction values and over 30,000 residents benefit from the Expanded 4PH Program.
BULACAN – Filipinohomes founder and CEO Anthony Leuterio is set to lead a free “Build Wealth in Real Estate: Essential Strategies for Beginners” seminar on May 20, 2026, at Waves Hotel’s Padre Pio Hall in San Rafael, Baliuag, Bulacan. The session, which begins at 10:00 AM, is designed for individuals with no prior industry experience and will cover prospecting techniques, client handling, digital marketing tools, and a step‑by‑step roadmap to earning a first six‑figure commission.
Leuterio, a 2024 International Realtor of the Year, built Filipinohomes from the ground up into the country’s largest real estate network, now with over 35,000 agents nationwide. The May 20 seminar follows a string of successful beginner trainings held across the country earlier in the month, including a wealth seminar in Pampanga on the same day and sessions in Iloilo, Bacolod, Davao, and Cavite. The Bulacan event adds a consumer‑facing touchpoint in a province that is rapidly emerging as one of Luzon’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Recent Filipinohomes momentum in Bulacan
The May 20 seminar comes as Filipinohomes has been actively expanding its presence in Central Luzon. On April 25, the network held a New Agents Orientation at its Bulacan office, drawing aspiring real estate professionals. On May 19, the network held a wealth seminar at Max’s Restaurant Salitran in Dasmariñas, Cavite, featuring Leuterio alongside Havitas Chairman Alejandro Mañalac and Consul RJ Ledesma. The network also recently opened its 142nd office in Bacolod and held a Social Media Workshop in Davao (May 18). The May 20 event now adds a direct entry point for career‑shifters, fresh graduates, and overseas Filipino workers looking to enter the real estate industry in Bulacan.
Bulacan’s property market is being transformed by a combination of record‑high construction activity, an aggressive affordable housing pipeline, and large‑scale township developments – factors that create sustained demand for well‑trained real estate professionals.
In January 2026 alone, the number of constructions from approved building permits in Bulacan reached 419, representing a 10.0 percent annual increment from the 381 constructions recorded in the same month of the previous year. The total value of constructions amounted to ₱1.49 billion, reflecting an impressive 30.4 percent year‑on‑year increase from ₱1.15 billion in January 2025. Non‑residential building construction led the surge, valued at ₱932.00 million – a 97.2 percent annual jump. Industrial‑type buildings topped the non‑residential segment at ₱470.53 million (50.5 percent), signaling sustained developer confidence and job‑creating investment in the province’s industrial corridors.
The national government’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program continues to roll out large‑scale projects across Bulacan. The Bocaue Bulacan Manor in Barangay Batia, Bocaue, is a modern condominium‑style community that will feature 11 mid‑rise residential buildings with more than 4,000 housing units. Tower 1, consisting of 364 housing units, has already been completed and is ready for turnover to qualified beneficiaries. The project includes amenities such as a swimming pool, basketball court, parks, playgrounds, clubhouse, multipurpose building, and commercial areas.
In Santa Maria, the 4PH-funded Santa Maria Highlands development consists of 33 multi‑storey buildings designed to generate 11,016 condominium‑type housing units upon completion, benefiting at least 30,000 individuals in the province. Each 25‑square‑meter unit is priced around ₱1.6 million, with monthly amortizations as low as ₱3,000 over a 30‑year term through Pag‑IBIG’s subsidized 3% interest rate. Over 1,000 working‑class beneficiaries have already received certificates and symbolic keys.
Megaworld Corp. is ramping up its presence in Bulacan. The developer is constructing the 11‑storey Northwin Global Tower 1, its first office development inside the 85‑hectare Northwin Global City township located along the North Luzon Expressway in Bocaue and Marilao. The ₱8‑billion Northwin Main Street, a 16‑hectare central business district inspired by New York City’s Fifth Avenue, offers prime commercial and shophouse lots integrated into a walkable landscape surrounded by parks and gardens. The mixed‑use estate is part of Megaworld’s nationwide retail expansion, which includes Northwin Global Concourse in Marilao and Bocaue.
For the aspiring agents who attend the May 20 seminar, the takeaway will be clear: Bulacan is at the center of Central Luzon’s transformation. With construction values up 30 percent, thousands of 4PH units being delivered, and major township developments rising along the NLEX corridor, the province offers one of the most dynamic property markets outside Metro Manila. New recruits will be paired with unit managers for field training, gaining access to Filipinohomes’ national property database and developer partners such as Megaworld, Ayala Land, SM Development Corp., and Dolmar Land.
The seminar serves as a direct recruitment channel for Filipinohomes’ Central Luzon expansion. By equipping a new batch of agents with product knowledge on Bulacan’s growing pipeline – including affordable 4PH units, Megaworld’s Northwin Global City, and other master‑planned communities – the network aims to convert seminar attendees into field‑ready salespersons. With the province’s construction boom accelerating and housing demand rising, the May 20 event positions a fresh pool of agents to help meet rising demand for quality, affordable housing in one of Luzon’s fastest‑growing provinces, backed by the full resources of the country’s largest real estate network.
