Filipinohomes won three top broker awards at the WeeComm General Assembly on October 8, 2026, recognizing its Q3 performance for Southprime Flats and Emerald Estates in Iloilo.
ILOILO CITY — Filipinohomes reinforced its dominance in Western Visayas with a three-award sweep at the WeeComm General Assembly held on October 8, 2026, at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel. The network received Certificates of Recognition for Top 2 Broker Group for Southprime Flats, Top 2 Broker Overall, and Top 3 Broker Group for Emerald Estates under Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc. for the third quarter of 2026.
A Trio of Accolades
The three recognitions reflect the breadth and consistency of Filipinohomes’ sales performance across WeeComm’s Iloilo portfolio. The Top 2 Broker Overall title spans all WeeComm projects under Iloilo Southprime Developers Inc., while the project-specific awards highlight the network’s focused strength in two flagship developments.
The awards cite Filipinohomes “in recognition of your relentless passion to serve your clients with unwavering commitment, dedication and integrity.” This acknowledgment underscores the network’s commitment to excellence and client service in one of the country’s most competitive real estate markets.
Spotlight on Southprime Flats and Emerald Estates
Southprime Flats is WeeComm’s three-building, low-density mid-rise condominium in Mandurriao, Iloilo City, offering 585 units with studio, dormitory, and combined layouts priced between ₱1.8 million and ₱3.5 million. A standout feature is the SAM smart-home system, which allows residents to control air conditioning, lighting, and appliances remotely. Shared spaces include an elevated Outdoor Bridge Park connecting all three buildings and a co-working area for freelancers.
Emerald Estates is a 9.5-hectare subdivision in Barangay Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo, providing single-attached houses and townhouses with floor areas from 45 to 106 square meters. Named Best Housing Development for Visayas at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, the community’s “Nature & Nurture” concept blends residences with landscaped green spaces and amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, and basketball court.

The recognitions deepen a partnership that has been flourishing throughout 2026. Wee Community Developers Inc. (WeeComm), founded in 2008, began as a small niche developer spun off from the W Group, one of the top commercial developers in Bonifacio Global City. From selling mid-rise condominiums of no more than 50 or 60 units, the company expanded into high-rise condominiums and now operates “Beyond Ordinary” projects across Metro Manila, Iloilo, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, and other key corridors.
WeeComm’s philosophy is simple: project development should not be dictated by profit but by client satisfaction. This shared commitment to quality and service has made the partnership with Filipinohomes a consistent source of success on both sides.
In August, Filipinohomes also earned multiple recognitions at the WeeComm Pitstop Midyear Awarding 2026 in Pasay, where the network secured Top 1 Broker CDO Overall and Top 1 Broker for Intalio Estates and Mareion Coast Residences, plus Top 2 Broker for Intalio Flats Primea. The August event featured WeeComm’s signature generosity, with brand-new cars awarded to top-performing agents and leaders, continuing a tradition that has seen over 65 cars given away and hundreds of agents sent on international incentive trips.
Iloilo’s Booming Market Backdrop
The Q3 awards come as Iloilo City continues to outperform as one of the country’s most dynamic real estate markets. Western Visayas posted a Gross Domestic Regional Product of ₱683.44 billion in 2025, growing by 6.4 percent—faster than the national average. The Mandurriao district now hosts over ₱35 billion in completed mixed-use developments.
Infrastructure improvements are also enhancing the city’s investment climate. A major water pipeline project connecting Mandurriao Plaza to Emerald Estates was formalized in September, with MPIW COO Angelo David Berba noting that the project “represents our shared commitment to support the growth of communities by ensuring access to safe, reliable, and sustainable water services.”
Recent Momentum and Looking Ahead
The Q3 recognitions follow a series of WeeComm-focused engagements across the Filipinohomes network. On September 19, the network held a WeeComm product knowledge seminar and new agent orientation at its Cagayan de Oro office, bringing together Teams VIP Platinum and VIP Believer. Virtual WeeComm PKS sessions on September 16 and 9 drew agents from across the country, spotlighting Emerald Estates’ water pipeline milestone and Southprime Flats’ construction progress.
With NatCon 2026 just days away—scheduled for October 18–19 at Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark in Mactan, Cebu—the Q3 recognitions serve as both a validation of past performance and a springboard for the network’s biggest annual gathering.
