FHI Global Dubai founder Anthony Leuterio leads the October 6 Partner Recruitment Program at Richmonde Ortigas, offering Philippine brokers free training and global commissions to sell Dubai properties from Manila.
MANILA — FHI Global Property Dubai founder Anthony Gerard Leuterio will lead the Partner Recruitment Program on October 6, 2026, at Richmonde Hotel Ortigas. The "Sell Dubai from Manila" event opens a legitimate cross-border career pathway for Philippine-based brokers to earn commissions from Dubai property sales without relocating.
A Five-Point Partnership Package
The program offers a comprehensive support structure designed to remove traditional barriers to international practice. Leuterio will personally present the five core benefits that define the FHI Global Partner experience, each addressing a common obstacle that prevents Filipino agents from entering the global market.
Partners earn global commissions in Dubai by marketing off-plan and pre-selling projects through the licensed FHI Global platform. Free training and certification covers Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Agency compliance framework, ensuring every transaction meets the emirate's strict legal standards. Marketing and lead support provides access to curated campaigns and qualified buyer inquiries.
Partners work from the Philippines, eliminating relocation or international travel requirements. Participants also gain free access to a Dubai real estate portal at www.fhiglobal.ae, a dedicated platform for listing and managing Dubai properties. This integrated package positions agents for success from day one.
Why Dubai Attracts Filipino Investors
The program arrives amid sustained strength in Dubai's residential market. Dubai recorded 80,509 residential property sales worth AED 226.5 billion in the first half of 2026, the second strongest first half on record by sales value. Off-plan properties accounted for 71.3 percent of residential sales, reflecting strong investor appetite.
Rental yields remain among the most attractive globally. Average gross rental yields stood at 6.6 percent in June 2026, with apartments generating 6.9 percent. In mid-market communities, gross yields range from 8.4 percent to 9.7 percent, offering significantly higher returns than comparable Philippine assets.
For Filipino investors, these fundamentals are enhanced by zero property tax, zero capital gains tax for individuals, and a regulated escrow system protecting buyer payments. Property ownership also opens eligibility for the UAE Golden Visa, a 10-year renewable residency permit for investors and their families.

FHI Global Property has been methodically building its Dubai operations since establishing a permanent office in Deira in 2025. In June 2026, the company secured Real Estate Advertising Permit No. 145225, authorizing it to legally market property projects across all approved media channels.
In July 2026, Filipinohomes launched its Dubai 2026 Real Estate Power Training series with small-cohort workshops capped at 20 participants. The curriculum covered cross-border sales, rental management through Rentsouq.ae, and RERA compliance. In August, FHI Global Dubai celebrated its first agent's car award.
Earlier this month, FHI Global Properties hosted the Dubai Real Estate Expo 2026 at SM Megamall and Richmonde Hotel Ortigas, bringing developer Azizi Developments to Philippine soil for the first time. The expo gave Filipino investors direct access to Dubai property launches without needing a plane ticket.
How to Join the Program
The October 6 event is open to Philippine-based brokers and agents seeking to expand their practice internationally. Interested parties may reserve seats through www.fhiglobal.ae or by contacting FHI Global Property at 0977 815 0888. Attendance is free, and participants will receive onboarding information on the five-point partnership package.
As Leuterio has said of the broader vision, Filipinohomes is ready to facilitate business both ways: selling Dubai properties in the Philippines and Philippine properties to Dubai-based investors. The program represents a significant step toward democratizing international real estate for Filipino professionals.
