Bamboo Lane Groundbreaking Ceremony

Bamboo Lane the newest project of Pueblo de Oro Cagayan de Oro City official ground breaks last August 2018. The project officially accepts reservations on August 23, 2018, as they officially launch Bamboo Lane. Promos and prizes await the lucky first few buyers who will reserve a unit at Bamboo Lane on the launch date.

Bamboo lane is the first three level townhouse community in Cagayan de Oro City. It is a mixed-use commercial and residential strip. Bamboo Lane is designed by the LPPA Design Group, Inc. LP Parifias & Associates.

Each townhouse unit will have a total floor area of 78 sqm. 

• Ground Floor: 22sqm
• Second Floor: 28sqm
• Third Floor: 28sqm

They had a ground breaking ceremony last August 8, 2018. Accredited realties and sellers witnessed the groundbreaking ceremony together with the Pueblo de Oro. The program started with a muscle-awakening Zumba and then followed by the ceremonial groundbreaking of Bamboo Lane.

[Update] Bamboo Lane officially launched last August 22, 2018 and opened Phase 4 and 5 for reservations.
