[Feature] Rent.ph Offers Online Program to Become a Certified Rent Manager

Rent.ph, a nationwide listing for rental properties and property-related services for renters, rent and property managers, agents, and real estate owners, now offers a free online course to become a rent manager in the country. The course consists of a two-part webinar and an online examination.

The first run of the program has produced 700 graduates from all over the Philippines The first session held on December 21, 2020, was on “Rental Opportunities Amidst COVID-19” with RNB Property Management founder, Raynald Bamba. Chairman of the Building Owners and Managers Association of the Philippines, Eduardo Manahan, was invited for the second session on “Property Rental Management” conducted on January 7, 2021.

The graduates who have completed the two-part webinar of the Rent Manager course will automatically become Rent Manager Specialist when they successfully pass the online examination prepared by Rent.ph. These specialists will become Certified Rent Managers once they manage to complete rental agreements effectively and efficiently.
