Filipinohomes Bulacan oriented new agents on September 15, 2026, under Chris Malazarte, as MRT-7 and rising prices reshape Central Luzon’s property market.
BULACAN — Filipinohomes Bulacan welcomed a fresh batch of aspiring real estate professionals on September 15, 2026, during a New Agents Orientation led by founding partner Chris Malazarte. The session prepared recruits to serve one of Central Luzon’s fastest-growing property markets.
A Trust-First Approach to Brokerage
Malazarte, a founding partner of Filipinohomes and national president of the Accredited Real Estate Salespersons of the Philippines Inc., brought decades of experience to the orientation. He centered the training on trust-based selling, digital tools, and relationship-driven service.
He urged them to move beyond transactional thinking and become long-term partners to clients. Transparency in pricing and documentation, he said, builds credibility and referrals.
Practical Training for Real-World Deals
The orientation included hands-on modules on prospecting, client handling, and compliance with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development regulations. Recruits practiced using Filipinohomes’ national multi-listing platform and learned how to access accredited developers.
Malazarte also walked recruits through the network’s structured onboarding process. It covers starter kit training, dashboard registration, and preparation for advanced programs. Each new agent received a roadmap toward earning a first six-figure commission, giving them clear goals.
Bulacan’s Infrastructure-Driven Property Surge
Bulacan’s property market is expanding rapidly. According to Leechiu Property Consultants, average residential prices rose 16 percent to ₱43,000 per square meter in the first half of 2026. Residential land values have climbed even faster, reflecting strong demand across Central Luzon.
The completion of MRT-7 is a major catalyst. The rail line linking San Jose del Monte to North Avenue in Quezon City is over 85 percent complete. Once partially operational, it will cut travel time and serve hundreds of thousands of passengers daily.
Affordable housing is also growing. Under the Expanded 4PH Program, more than 1,000 working-class individuals received housing certificates in Bulacan. A Santa Maria development is expected to generate over 11,000 units, boosting inventory for first-time buyers.
Recent Momentum Across Central Luzon
The September 15 orientation follows a series of Filipinohomes activities in the region. In June, the network joined the Bonsai Pilipinas expo at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, introducing its services and Pag-IBIG loan options.
In July, Malazarte led a similar brokerage orientation in Pampanga titled “The Future of Brokerage.” It focused on trust, digital tools, and relationship-driven selling. Across the network, a September 15 webinar on onboarding new agents drew nearly 200 participants.
Empowering the Next Generation of Agents
For participants, the orientation marked the first step in their Filipinohomes journey. Newly oriented agents will be assigned to team leaders for mentorship and will undergo further product knowledge and digital marketing training.
As Filipinohomes pushes toward 150 branches nationwide, events like the Bulacan orientation ensure a steady pipeline of trained, motivated agents. With MRT-7 reshaping accessibility and property values climbing, the timing favors Bulacan’s newest professionals.
