Filipinohomes trained nearly 200 leaders on September 15, 2026, equipping them with structured onboarding systems to strengthen recruitment and retention nationwide.
PHILIPPINES — Filipinohomes conducted a training webinar titled "How to Onboard New Agents" on September 15, 2026, drawing nearly 200 unit managers and team leaders from across the country. The session equipped leaders with structured systems to strengthen recruitment and retention as the network pursues its 150-branch goal.
A Four-Step Recruitment Framework
The webinar walked participants through Filipinohomes' standardized onboarding process. It begins with Facebook Ads campaigns that direct interested applicants to a registration link. Applicants then undergo an initial interview with a recruitment specialist to assess their
background and readiness.
Qualified candidates are added to a New Agents Group Chat where they receive announcements and instructions. The final step confirms their preferred webinar schedule and guides them through training. Leaders learned that onboarding is not a one-time event but a continuous process of support.
Building Confidence from Day One
A central message of the session was that every new agent should feel welcomed, guided, equipped, and confident from the moment they express interest. Leaders learned to map out a new agent's first 30 days, covering prospecting, digital marketing, client handling, and compliance with DHSUD regulations.
Trainers emphasized that structured onboarding reduces early turnover and accelerates the time it takes for recruits to earn their first commission. The framework ensures consistent training regardless of the agent's location. Participants received templates and checklists they can adapt to their own teams.

Founder and CEO Anthony Gerard Leuterio opened the session with an overview of the network's growth and the critical role of onboarding. A 2024 International Realtor of the Year awardee, he has built Filipinohomes into a nationwide force with over 35,000 agents and more than 145 franchise offices.
Unit Manager Mary Antonette Lasala shared practical insights on conducting orientations that build trust. She introduced the "Information to Direction to Action" framework that guides new agents from curiosity to their first closed deal. Unit Manager Quennie Grace Wagas covered operational aspects including dashboard registration and starter kit training.
Why Onboarding Matters Now
The training comes at a pivotal moment as Filipinohomes aggressively expands its footprint. The network recently opened its 146th office in Tanjay City and continues pushing toward 150 branches. As the network grows, a standardized onboarding system becomes critical for maintaining quality across all locations.
The webinar reinforced Filipinohomes' commitment to continuous learning and talent development. Unit managers left with a shared framework for onboarding that they can replicate within their teams. Their role extends beyond sales management to nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals.
Recent Momentum Across the Network
The September 15 webinar follows a series of activities nationwide. On September 12, a New Agents Orientation was held in Bohol. On September 11, agents gathered for a Cebu Landmasters product knowledge seminar in Panglao. Team Red Diamond held a training in Bacolod on September 9, while Team Tycoons Conquerors met in Cagayan de Oro.
Earlier in September, Filipinohomes Bohol held a Rent Managers Meeting and Kamustahan. A WeeComm Product Knowledge Seminar via Zoom drew over 20 agents. These back-to-back activities reflect the network's sustained investment in agent development and its recognition that a well-trained sales force drives success.
