Filipinohomes Palawan trained 30 new agents on Casa Mira Towers on July 8, as Phase 1 turnover nears and infrastructure upgrades boost property demand across the island.
PALAWAN — Filipinohomes Palawan welcomed 30 new agents into a focused product knowledge seminar on July 8, 2026, centered on Cebu Landmasters Inc.’s Casa Mira Towers. The session, held at the network’s Palawan office, launched beginners directly into the ₱3.8‑billion project just as its first phase prepares for turnover.
Seminar Grooms Beginners for Immediate Selling
The two‑hour afternoon session dedicated every seat to a fresh recruit. Trainers unpacked the development’s seven‑tower master plan, unit configurations, and price ranges. Agents absorbed how the 2.09‑hectare property dedicates 60 percent of its footprint to open space, a rarity in the affordable condominium segment.
Financing modules walked participants through Pag‑IBIG’s subsidized 3‑percent interest rate under the Expanded 4PH Program. Updated sample amortization tables for studio and one‑bedroom units gave recruits concrete numbers to present during client consultations. By the end of the session, each agent carried a complete sales kit ready for immediate field use.
CLI’s first vertical venture in Puerto Princesa sits along Libis and Lansanas Roads in Barangay San Pedro. The project recently broke ground on Tower 5 and announced two more towers, adding 567 additional units to meet surging demand. Phase 1 delivery is scheduled within the year, giving the newly trained agents fresh inventory to offer.
The development sets itself apart with amenities uncommon in its price category. A fitness gym, roof gardens, sky lounge, chapel, and an EV charging station elevate the resident experience. The remaining 60 percent open space reinforces a commitment to livability that appeals to both end‑users and investors seeking rental income.
The training arrived amid transformative public investment. A Korean consortium has secured an $82.9‑million contract to design and build a new international airport in Puerto Princesa. In the north, Busuanga Airport is lengthening its runway to 2,100 meters and expanding its terminal capacity from 200 to 1,000 passengers by mid‑2027.
Major developers are racing to match the infrastructure timeline. Megaworld is advancing its 462‑hectare Paragua Coastown in San Vicente, while Ayala Land deepens its footprint in the 320‑hectare Lio Estate in El Nido. A PEZA‑cleared mega ecozone awaits presidential proclamation, a designation expected to unlock additional housing demand.
The July 8 seminar extends an ongoing cadence of CLI‑focused education. In May, agents completed a Train‑the‑Trainers program; in June, a Jumpstart session reinforced product mastery. Adding a dedicated new‑agent track ensures that even the freshest recruits can competently present CLI’s residential portfolio.
Participants also reviewed ethical client handling and DHSUD compliance. Access to Filipinohomes’ national multi‑listing platform was activated immediately, allowing the new agents to match buyers with available inventory the same day. The network’s strategy of embedding training within market‑ready timelines positions each recruit to close deals without delay.
