Filipinohomes and Rent.ph recognized top Cebu rent managers and over 100 agents at the July 20 Midyear Awarding, led by CEO Anthony Leuterio at Citadines Baseline Center.
CEBU CITY – Over 100 real estate professionals gathered at Citadines Baseline Center on July 20, 2026, as Filipinohomes and Rent.ph celebrated the Cebu Midyear Awarding. The morning ceremony recognized outstanding performance in rental management and property sales for the first half of the year.
Rent Managers Take Center Stage
Rent.ph’s top rent managers for January to June 2026 were honored for their excellence in property management, tenant relations, and portfolio growth. Each awardee received a certificate of recognition, a symbol of their mastery in a rapidly professionalizing field. The platform has now produced over 900 graduates of its Rent Manager Program nationwide.
The recognition highlighted the growing importance of rental management as more Filipinos choose leasing over home purchases. Rent.ph has positioned itself at the forefront of this shift, offering training, certification, and a digital ecosystem that supports professional property managers. The awardees represent the front line of this transformation.

More than 100 Filipinohomes agents and brokers were also cited for their sales achievements and client service. The ceremony celebrated their contributions to the network’s expansion and their consistent delivery of results. Each name called to the stage represented countless hours of hard work and dedication.
The recognition serves as both a morale booster and a benchmark for the second half of the year. Agents left the event with renewed motivation, knowing that their efforts are seen and valued. The culture of performance‑based growth remains central to Filipinohomes’ identity.
Founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio personally handed out every certificate, reinforcing the network’s commitment to recognizing top performers. Leuterio, the 2024 International Realtor of the Year, took time to shake hands and exchange words with each awardee. His presence underscored the importance the company places on human connection.
The personal touch distinguished the event from routine corporate ceremonies. Agents and rent managers felt genuinely appreciated by the leader of the country’s largest real estate network. The gesture built loyalty and inspired the entire room.
Citadines Baseline Center provided a fitting backdrop for the celebration. The modern aparthotel along Juana Osmeña Street offered a central, accessible location for professionals from across Metro Cebu. Its sleek event spaces mirrored the network’s forward‑looking spirit.
The midyear awarding follows a series of recent Cebu activities, including a Kamustahan and awards on July 7 and a Zoom rental training on June 27. Each event builds a stronger, more motivated sales force. As Filipinohomes pushes toward 150 branches nationwide, celebrations like this remind the network that excellence is both recognized and rewarded.
