Filipinohomes Cebu trained new agents on CLI’s Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao during a July 20 session, combining foundational sales skills with product expertise.
CEBU CITY – Filipinohomes Team A Spectrolite and Team A Pearl held a joint onboarding and product knowledge seminar on July 20, 2026 at the network’s Cebu office. The event transformed fresh recruits into informed agents ready to sell Cebu Landmasters Inc.’s flagship beachfront project.
Welcoming New Agents to the Fold
The morning opened with the essential toolkit for a real estate career: prospecting methods, client‑handling techniques, and digital marketing. Trainers walked participants through the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development accreditation process and the network’s multi‑listing platform. Each attendee left with a clear pathway to a six‑figure commission.
The session stressed that ethical selling is the network’s strongest differentiator. New agents learned to match buyers with homes based on genuine needs rather than sales pressure. This foundation of trust is what makes Filipinohomes a preferred brokerage partner for developers across the country.
The product knowledge segment introduced agents to CLI’s growing portfolio of over 130 projects in 21 cities. The developer’s recent leadership transition to Jose Franco Soberano signals stability and a forward‑looking strategy. CLI is preparing to enter the Luzon market with a mixed‑use project in Pasig and has assembled a large landbank in Cavite for a future township.
Agents studied how CLI’s residential sales have continued to climb, driven by strong construction progress and sustained buyer demand. The developer’s aggressive pipeline offers agents a steady stream of inventory to sell. Understanding CLI’s vision gives agents a compelling narrative to share with investors and end‑users.
The training’s centerpiece was Costa Mira Beachtown Panglao, a tropical community of three residential towers offering 1,056 units. The project’s first two towers sold 80 percent shortly after launch, proving the appetite for resort‑style living. Agents explored the studio and two‑bedroom layouts, studying how to present them to different buyer profiles.
Participants practiced articulating the lifestyle that Costa Mira offers, from resort‑style pools and jogging paths to a fully equipped clubhouse. They also reviewed flexible financing through Pag‑IBIG’s subsidized 3 percent interest rate. The hands‑on approach ensured agents could confidently answer buyer questions.
The July 20 session adds to a series of recent Filipinohomes activities that strengthen the network’s Cebu presence. These include a New Agents Orientation on July 7 and a CLI product knowledge seminar in Bohol on July 4. Each training event builds a more capable and motivated sales force ready to capture the region’s property momentum.
With the second half of the year underway, the newly onboarded agents are positioned to serve a growing pool of homebuyers and investors across Cebu, Bohol, and beyond. The network’s continuous investment in agent development reinforces its reputation as the country’s largest and most trusted real estate network.
