Filipinohomes Palawan agents held a CLI product knowledge session on August 13, focusing on Casa Mira Towers and preparing for the August 22 Manila Road Show as CLI expands into Luzon.
PALAWAN – Team Red Diamond ARTEMIS of Filipinohomes gathered at the network's Palawan office on August 13, 2026, for a product knowledge seminar on Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI). The session deepened agents' expertise on the developer's flagship Palawan project and previewed the upcoming Manila Road Show scheduled for August 22, 2026.
Casa Mira Towers Palawan Takes Center Stage
The seminar focused on CLI's ₱3.8-billion, seven-tower Casa Mira Towers in Barangay San Pedro, Puerto Princesa. Agents reviewed the development's unique selling points, including its dedication of 60 percent of the 2.09-hectare property to open space—a rarity in the affordable condominium segment. The project features resort-style amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness gym, chapel, clubhouse, roof gardens, a sky lounge, and an electric vehicle charging station.
Financing modules walked participants through Pag-IBIG's subsidized 3-percent interest rate under the Expanded 4PH Program, with updated sample amortization tables for studio and one-bedroom units. Agents also learned about CLI's expansion of the project, with Tower 5 recently breaking ground and two additional towers announced, adding 567 units to meet surging demand. Phase 1 delivery is scheduled within the year.
A key highlight of the seminar was the announcement of the upcoming Manila Road Show on August 22, 2026. The event is expected to showcase CLI's expanding portfolio to a broader audience of buyers and investors in the National Capital Region. CLI is pushing into Metro Manila with a multi-phase residential and retail project in Pasig City, marking the company's formal entry into the NCR market.
Beyond Pasig, CLI is firming up its Luzon presence with a flagship township in Cavite, envisioned to feature thousands of homes and a full mix of residential, commercial, and institutional components. The road show follows a high-level meeting between CLI executives and Filipinohomes founder Anthony Leuterio, where the two organizations aligned CLI's project pipeline with the reach of one of the country's largest real estate networks.
The training arrived at a moment when Palawan's property market is accelerating. A Korean consortium is advancing an $82.9-million contract for a new Puerto Princesa international airport, while Busuanga Airport's runway upgrade will boost capacity fivefold. Megaworld's 462-hectare Paragua Coastown in San Vicente is adding over 600 hotel rooms, and the Palawan Mega Economic Zone is expected to welcome its first locator by mid-2026, potentially generating 480,000 direct jobs. These developments create sustained demand for residential units that agents are now better prepared to market.
The August 13 CLI PKS follows a series of recent training events in Palawan. On August 13, Team Red Diamonds and ARTEMIS held an AI Training at the same office, equipping agents with digital tools for lead generation and client engagement. On August 3, Team VIP Executive and Team A Spectrolite held a joint New Agents Orientation at the Palawan office. On July 27, Team A Pearl and Team A Spectrolite held a New Agents Orientation, and Team LRA ICONS completed a Digital Prospecting & Closing Strategy Training. On July 4, agents gathered for a Sta. Lucia Land Inc. product knowledge seminar.
For the agents who attended the August 13 session, the training provided a competitive edge in marketing CLI's projects and preparing for the upcoming Manila Road Show. With detailed knowledge of Casa Mira Towers' master plan, unit configurations, and financing options, participants are now better equipped to represent CLI's portfolio to buyers and investors in Palawan and beyond.
As Filipinohomes pushes toward its goal of 150 branches nationwide, events like the August 13 CLI PKS and the upcoming Manila Road Show ensure that its agents remain aligned with one of the network's key developer partners. The session reflects the network's commitment to continuous learning and its recognition that a well-trained sales force is essential to capturing opportunities in one of the country's fastest-growing property markets.
