Filipinohomes teams Red Diamonds and ARTEMIS held an AI training in Palawan on August 13, equipping agents with AI tools for lead generation, client engagement, and workflow automation.
PALAWAN – Filipinohomes teams Red Diamonds and ARTEMIS joined forces on August 13, 2026, to conduct an AI Training session at the network’s Palawan office, equipping agents with practical knowledge on leveraging artificial intelligence for lead generation, client engagement, and workflow automation.
Practical AI Applications for Real Estate
The training covered a range of AI-powered tools and techniques designed to help agents work smarter, not harder. Participants learned how to use AI for automated lead scoring, which prioritizes high-intent buyers and saves agents hours of manual follow-up work. The session also demonstrated how AI can personalize client communication at scale, tailoring property recommendations and market updates to individual buyer profiles while maintaining a human touch.
A significant portion of the training focused on AI-powered content creation. Agents practiced generating property descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns using AI tools. They also learned how to interpret AI-generated analytics to identify buying trends and adjust their strategies in real time.
The August 13 AI training follows a series of recent digital and skills-focused sessions in Palawan. On July 27, Team LRA ICONS completed a Digital Prospecting & Closing Strategy Training at the same office, sharpening agents’ online lead generation and deal-closing techniques. On July 22, Team Red Diamond and Team Artemis held a New Agents Coaching Session, welcoming fresh recruits with foundational training on prospecting, client management, and compliance.
The network’s digital push has been a key focus across the country. In July, Filipinohomes trained Manila agents on Botcake AI chatbots, Pancake CRM, and Facebook Ads to automate lead generation and accelerate sales conversions. In June, agents in Cavite completed a hands-on Facebook Ads workshop at the Newtowne Dasmariñas showroom, learning to target students, medical workers, and OFWs with digital campaigns.
The AI training comes as Palawan’s property market continues to gain momentum, driven by major infrastructure projects. A Korean consortium is moving forward with an $82.9-million contract for a new Puerto Princesa international airport, while Busuanga Airport’s runway upgrade will boost capacity fivefold. Megaworld’s Paragua Coastown is adding over 600 hotel rooms in San Vicente, and the Palawan Mega Economic Zone is expected to host its first locator by mid-2026.
Cebu Landmasters Inc. has made Palawan a strategic growth area, with Casa Mira Towers Palawan representing the company’s maiden project in the province. The seven-tower residential development in the heart of Puerto Princesa is valued at ₱6.4 billion, with Phase 1 on track for completion in 2026.
For the agents who attended the August 13 session, the training provided a competitive edge in navigating Palawan’s evolving property market. With improved AI skills and a deeper understanding of how to leverage digital tools for lead generation and client engagement, participants are now better equipped to attract clients, generate leads, and close deals in a competitive environment.
As Filipinohomes pushes toward its goal of 150 branches nationwide, events like the August 13 AI training ensure that its Palawan agents remain among the most prepared and innovative in the industry. The session reflects the network’s commitment to continuous learning and its recognition that digital proficiency—including the strategic use of AI—is essential to capturing opportunities in one of the country’s fastest-growing property markets.
