Filipinohomes Bacolod aligned leaders and secretaries on June 30, streamlining workflows and setting second‑half goals amid the city’s booming property sector.
BACOLOD CITY – Filipinohomes gathered its team leaders, unit managers, and secretaries at its Bacolod office on June 30, 2026, bringing together the entire branch leadership and support staff for a single strategic alignment. The morning session was designed to streamline operations and prepare the network for the city’s accelerating property market.
Strengthening the Administrative Backbone
For the first time, the branch invited its secretaries to sit alongside unit managers and team leaders in a structured planning session. This deliberate inclusion recognized that smooth documentation and efficient office workflows directly impact an agent’s ability to close deals. Secretaries are now treated as essential partners in the sales process.
The group reviewed second‑quarter performance and set clear targets for the months ahead. Task delegation formed a core part of the discussion, with managers learning how to assign administrative duties to free up agents for field work. Digital reporting tools were introduced to enable real‑time tracking of inquiries, reservations, and compliance deadlines.
Secretaries received updated checklists covering DHSUD disclosure forms, buyer documentation, and sample amortization schedules under the Expanded 4PH Program. The goal was to eliminate paperwork delays that could slow down a transaction. With standardized forms and a clear workflow, every team member now knows exactly what is needed at each stage.
The training also focused on communication protocols between agents and the back office. When a buyer submits a requirement, the secretary can immediately log it into the network’s system and alert the agent. This seamless handoff reduces friction and gives clients a faster, more professional experience.
The June 30 session capped a busy month of development activities at the Bacolod branch. Earlier, Team VIP completed a WeeComm product knowledge seminar to strengthen their understanding of project specifications. Team Red Diamonds trained on Suntrust Properties’ extensive pipeline, which targets 5,288 homes across Negros Occidental.
Team Chin Dynasty held a New Agents Orientation, welcoming fresh recruits into the growing network. A “kamustahan” session with Team VIP blended wellness checks with performance reviews, reflecting the network’s people‑first culture. Each event built a layer of competence, and the leadership alignment meeting now adds strategic direction to that foundation.
The alignment meeting arrives as Bacolod’s real estate landscape heats up. PHINMA Properties recently broke ground on Dahlia Tower, the first of 11 towers at Maayo Terraces within the Saludad Township. The ₱26‑billion project will deliver nearly 3,000 residences, fueling demand for both sales and property management.
Colliers Philippines has also expanded its footprint, taking over property management for O Residences and Sitari Residences. Meanwhile, Bacolod is advancing its bid to become a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, a designation that would further enhance the city’s tourism and investment appeal. These developments ensure a steady pipeline of buyers and renters for the network’s agents.
For the unit managers, team leaders, and secretaries who attended, the meeting delivered more than just targets and checklists. It created a shared understanding of how each role contributes to the branch’s success. With administrative systems now properly aligned, the team can handle a rising volume of transactions without sacrificing service quality.
The message was clear: growth requires both a strong sales force and a well‑oiled support system. Filipinohomes has invested in both, ensuring that its Bacolod branch is prepared to seize every opportunity in one of the Visayas’ most dynamic real estate markets.
