Team LRA Palawan held a contract signing, kamustahan, and CLI seminar on August 15, formalizing new agents and deepening expertise on Casa Mira Towers Palawan.
PUERTO PRINCESA CITY, Palawan – Team LRA Palawan of Filipinohomes gathered at the Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) office on August 15, 2026, for a combined contract signing, kamustahan, and product knowledge seminar, reinforcing the team’s growing presence in the province while deepening agent expertise on CLI’s flagship Palawan project.
Contract Signing Formalizes New Partnerships
The event opened with a contract signing ceremony, where new agents and brokers formally affiliated with Team LRA Palawan under the Filipinohomes network. The signing grants the newly signed members access to Filipinohomes’ national property database, developer partnerships, training resources, and administrative support systems. The ceremony marked a significant step in the team’s expansion, adding fresh talent to its roster as Palawan’s property market continues to attract major investment.
Following the contract signing, the session shifted to a kamustahan—a Filipino tradition of checking in on one another’s well-being. Agents openly shared field challenges, from handling difficult clients to managing time effectively, while team leaders listened and offered support. The casual atmosphere created a space where personal struggles and small victories were equally welcomed, reinforcing the team’s people-first culture.
A significant portion of the session was dedicated to a CLI product knowledge seminar, updating agents on the developer’s expanding Palawan portfolio. The training focused on Casa Mira Towers Palawan, a ₱3.8-billion, seven-tower condominium complex in Barangay San Pedro, Puerto Princesa. Agents reviewed the development’s unique selling points, including its dedication of 60 percent of the 2.09-hectare property to open space—a rarity in the affordable condominium segment. The project features resort-style amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness gym, chapel, roof gardens, a sky lounge, and an electric vehicle charging station.
Phase 1 of Casa Mira Towers Palawan is set for completion in 2026, with the initial three towers having sold all 721 units, generating ₱2.1 billion in total reservation sales. CLI recently broke ground on Tower 5 and announced two additional towers, adding 567 units to meet surging demand. Tower 4 is expected to be completed in 2027. The project’s seven towers have a total sales value of ₱6.4 billion.
The August 15 Team LRA session follows a series of recent training and recognition events in Palawan. On August 14, agents gathered for a Sta. Lucia Land Inc. product knowledge seminar at the Palawan office, deepening their expertise on the developer’s ₱5.9-billion capital expenditure program and its rental pool offering. On August 13, Team Red Diamonds and ARTEMIS held an AI Training at the same office, equipping agents with digital tools for lead generation and client engagement, while Team Red Diamond ARTEMIS completed a CLI product knowledge seminar preparing agents for the upcoming Manila Road Show. On August 15, Team VIP Palawan held an awarding and kamustahan at the Puerto Princesa office, and BEXTeam held its midyear awarding in General Santos City.
Palawan’s property market continues to gain momentum, driven by major infrastructure projects. A Korean consortium is advancing an $82.9-million contract for a new Puerto Princesa international airport, while Busuanga Airport’s runway upgrade will boost capacity fivefold. Megaworld’s 462-hectare Paragua Coastown in San Vicente is adding over 600 hotel rooms, and the Palawan Mega Economic Zone is expected to welcome its first locator by mid-2026, potentially generating 480,000 direct jobs. These tailwinds ensure sustained demand for residential and hospitality projects, creating opportunities for trained real estate professionals.
For the participants who attended the August 15 session, the contract signing, kamustahan, and CLI product knowledge seminar provided both formal affiliation and a competitive edge in marketing CLI’s projects. With detailed knowledge of Casa Mira Towers Palawan’s master plan, unit configurations, and financing options, Team LRA agents are now better equipped to serve a growing pool of buyers and investors in one of the country’s most dynamic property markets.
As Filipinohomes pushes toward its goal of 150 branches nationwide, events like the August 15 Team LRA Palawan gathering ensure that its Palawan teams remain aligned, motivated, and ready to meet the demands of a dynamic market. The session reflects the network’s commitment to building a strong, people-first culture and its recognition that a well-supported sales force is essential to capturing opportunities in one of the country’s fastest-growing property markets.
