TAGUIG CITY — Filipinohomes gathered its Luzon unit managers and team leaders at the FH Taguig office on September 22, 2026, for a strategic meeting to align fourth-quarter targets and reinforce leadership readiness ahead of the National Real Estate Convention 2026.

A Gathering of Industry Leaders

The session welcomed two distinguished industry figures. Alejandro "Andy" S. Mañalac, Chairman of Havitas Properties and a 35-year real estate veteran, joined alongside Consul RJ Ledesma, a respected voice in Philippine real estate and host of The RJ Ledesma Podcast. Their presence underscored the importance of the Luzon leadership cohort.

Mañalac has been a close collaborator of Filipinohomes CEO Anthony Leuterio. The two have previously joined forces on training initiatives, including a New Agents Orientation in Imus, Cavite. His Shark Principles program aims to train agents in responsible real estate while maintaining competitive excellence.

Ledesma has featured Leuterio multiple times on his podcast, exploring topics from building a nationwide network to the network's international expansion into Dubai. His participation brought an external, industry-wide perspective to the internal strategy discussions.

A key focus of the meeting was preparation for NatCon 2026, scheduled for October 18 to 19 at Jpark Island Resort and Waterpark in Mactan, Cebu. The timing was deliberate. On the same day, Filipinohomes convened its NatCon preparation meeting at the Cebu main office, marking the start of a 27-day countdown. The Luzon meeting ensured the region's leadership was fully synchronized with the national program.

Beyond NatCon, the session covered operational priorities including agent recruitment, digital tool adoption, and compliance with Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development regulations. Leaders exchanged best practices on team management and client servicing, reinforcing the network's culture of continuous learning.
