Filipinohomes Master BE Residences Projects in Latest Product Knowledge Seminar

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Filipinohomes conducted a BE Residences Product Knowledge Seminar at its Cagayan de Oro office on September 21, 2026. The session deepened agents’ expertise on one of Cebu’s most innovative residential developers.

A Seminar to Sharpen Sales Expertise

The training gave participants technical and market knowledge needed to present BE Residences’ projects confidently. Agents reviewed unit configurations, pricing, and investment potential for buyers and investors across Northern Mindanao.

Trainers emphasized product mastery as the foundation of trust. Agents practiced explaining smart-home features, resort-inspired amenities, and prime locations in Cebu and Bohol. The goal was to turn technical details into compelling buyer conversations.

BE Residences Expands Beyond Cebu

BE Residences is the residential arm of the BE Group of Companies, a Cebu-based conglomerate with roots in cement and furniture manufacturing. Under President and CEO Grand Benedicto and COO Nova Noval, the group has entered residential, office, and hospitality segments.

Its portfolio includes seven residential projects moving toward eight, with some turned over and others under construction. BE Residences Lahug, a 20-level condominium featuring smart-home-ready units and the country’s first multi-storey Maisonettes and CondoVisions.

BE Uptown Park, a ₱4.5-billion mixed-use development along Juana Osmeña Street. It integrates a 25-storey upscale residential tower, a 20-storey hotel tower, and a lifestyle commercial mall in Cebu City.

Balai Helena Leads the Portfolio

Balai Helena the developer’s flagship project in Bohol. The three-tower development in Dauis, Panglao Island offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and Sky Yarden units, with prices starting around ₱3.2 million.

The project features a basket-weave-like façade honoring Filipino craftsmanship. It is the first residential condominium in Bohol to offer leasable storage spaces. More than 50 percent of units in the first two towers have already been sold.

Plaza Helena, a commercial strip within the development, is envisioned as the island’s next lifestyle and shopping hub. Plans include attracting both local and international brands to serve residents and visitors.

Why CDO’s Market Matters

The seminar placed BE Residences’ projects within Cagayan de Oro’s thriving property market. The city recorded 6.8-percent GDP growth in 2024 and accounts for over a quarter of Northern Mindanao’s economic output.

Major developers are scaling their presence. Megaworld is advancing its 117-hectare Upper Central township, while Pueblo de Oro is building the ₱13.5-billion Masterson Mile North. A hotel boom is also reshaping the skyline.

Agents learned to position BE Residences as an investment option for OFWs and local buyers seeking smart-home-ready units, resort-inspired amenities, and prime locations. The city’s growth provides a strong backdrop for these offerings.

Building on a Month of Training

The September 21 session follows a series of Filipinohomes activities in Cagayan de Oro. On September 19, the network held a WeeComm product knowledge seminar and new agent orientation at its CDO office. On September 16, an SMDC seminar deepened expertise on Vail Residences and Pag-IBIG financing.

On September 9, Team Tycoons Conquerors held a Kamustahan and Kapehan session blending wellness checks with strategic alignment. Earlier in September, a CLI seminar spotlighted The Wave Towers, while a Rent.ph Masterclass trained agents in dynamic pricing and property management.
