Filipinohomes Palawan agents completed a Sta. Lucia Land product knowledge session on Aug 14, covering its rental pool program and ₱5.9B capex to boost sales expertise.
PALAWAN – Filipinohomes agents in Palawan gathered at the network’s office on August 14, 2026, for a product knowledge seminar presented by Sta. Lucia Land Inc. The session deepened their expertise on the developer’s expanding residential and hospitality portfolio in the province.
A Developer with Deep Roots in Palawan
Sta. Lucia Land, a publicly listed developer with over 50 years of experience, has long maintained a strong presence in Palawan. Agents reviewed key projects, including Green Peak Heights Subdivision along Puerto Princesa North Road. This community offers views of Honda Bay and amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and playground.
The developer also operates SotoGrande Palawan, a 147-room hotel managed by Enderun Hotels. This property is part of Catalina Lake Residences, the first lake community in Puerto Princesa. Other projects include Nottingham Villas and The Crown Residences, catering to families and young professionals.

The seminar gave agents a clear picture of the developer’s financial commitment. Sta. Lucia Land allocated ₱5.9 billion for its 2026 capital expenditure program. Of this, ₱4.82 billion is earmarked for project development, while ₱1.11 billion will fund land acquisitions.
These figures provided agents with a compelling story to share with clients. The investment signals confidence in Palawan’s long-term growth and offers tangible value for buyers. Agents learned to frame the capex as proof of the developer’s stability and expansion plans.
A key highlight was the deep dive into Sta. Lucia’s SEC-approved rental pool program. Agents learned that investors can earn a share of net profits from units operated as hotel rooms. Participants also enjoy 30 nights of personal use annually.
Rental certificates are priced from ₱70,000 for studio units to ₱100,000 for three-bedroom units. This opens property income opportunities without full ownership. It gives Filipinohomes agents a differentiated product for OFWs and professionals seeking passive income.
The training highlighted how accelerating infrastructure strengthens the local market. A Korean consortium is moving forward with an $82.9-million contract for a new Puerto Princesa international airport. Busuanga Airport’s runway upgrade will boost capacity fivefold.
Megaworld’s Paragua Coastown is adding over 600 hotel rooms in San Vicente. The Palawan Mega Ecozone awaits presidential proclamation. These tailwinds ensure sustained demand for the residential and hospitality projects agents learned about.
The August 14 Sta. Lucia seminar is part of a series of targeted trainings. Agents previously completed sessions on CLI, PhilSouth Properties, and Casa Mira Towers. Each session builds deep product knowledge across multiple developers.
The network’s continuous investment in its people ensures agents can serve diverse buyer profiles. With Palawan’s property boom accelerating, these trainings position Filipinohomes agents as trusted advisors in the region.
