Filipinohomes sent 100 top performers on a 10-day Vietnam incentive trip, visiting Hanoi, Da Nang, Sapa, and Ba Na Hills, reinforcing its people-first culture.
PHILIPPINES — A hundred Filipinohomes agents, brokers, and leaders embarked on a 10-day journey across Vietnam on August 26, 2026. The incentive trip, running until September 4, celebrates top performers with a cultural adventure spanning Hanoi, Da Nang, Sapa, and Ba Na Hills.
A Journey Across Vietnam's Iconic Destinations
The delegation's itinerary covered three distinct regions of Vietnam. They began in Hanoi, exploring the capital's French-colonial architecture and vibrant street life. From there, the group traveled to Da Nang, a coastal city famous for its sandy beaches and the iconic Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills.
The journey continued to Sapa, a mountain town known for terraced rice fields and ethnic minority villages. A cruise added a nautical dimension to the cultural immersion. Social media posts showed participants savoring Vietnamese cuisine and bonding over shared experiences.
The Vietnam trip is part of Filipinohomes' performance-based incentive program. The network consistently rewards high-achieving agents with international travel, with earlier trips including a Europe journey to Switzerland and Milan. The Vietnam adventure follows a July seminar that promised trips to Vietnam, China, Japan, Korea, and European destinations.
For many participants, this was their first international travel experience. One agent reflected on social media, saying they never expected helping clients find dream homes would bring them to Vietnam. The gratitude was palpable, with many thanking Filipinohomes for the opportunity.
A moment captured before departure encapsulated the network's leadership philosophy. At 4:30 AM, as agents boarded the bus, CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio and COO May Antonette P. Leuterio stayed behind. They waited until every participant was accounted for before boarding last.
One agent reflected on the moment, noting that the smallest moments often reveal the most about leadership. Boss Ton built Filipinohomes around the growth of its people. The company provides ordinary Filipinos an opportunity to change the direction of their lives.
May Antonette Leuterio, who also serves as Rent.ph Managing Director, described the company's identity in a social media post. She acknowledged that some view Filipinohomes as a real estate or technology company, but she personally believes it is a people company.
The Vietnam trip reflects that philosophy. Top performers are rewarded not just with plaques but with life-changing experiences. Agents shared slots with family members, with one agent bringing her mother and aunt along, creating memories beyond professional achievement.
The Vietnam journey caps a busy year for Filipinohomes. The network has aggressively expanded its nationwide footprint, opening its 145th office in General Santos City in August 2026 and pushing toward 150 branches. Partnerships with developers like WeeComm, Cebu Landmasters Inc., and PHINMA Properties have strengthened.
As the delegation continues its journey, the message is clear: in real estate, people come first. The agents who closed deals and served clients are now being served in return with memories that will last a lifetime.
