Filipinohomes CEO Anthony Leuterio led a new agents orientation in General Santos City on April 22, 2026, at Grand Summit Hotel. The event follows a leaders dinner meeting and a BexPositive contract signing, as the city’s real estate market booms with PHirst and 4PH projects.
GENERAL SANTOS CITY – Dozens of aspiring real estate professionals gathered at the Grand Summit Hotel on April 22, 2026, as Filipinohomes founder and CEO Anthony Gerard O. Leuterio led a “Build Wealth in Real Estate: Essential Strategies for Beginners” seminar, marking the latest in a series of high‑impact training events in the city.
The session, which began at 12:45 PM at the hotel along Honorio Arriola Street, is designed for individuals with no prior industry experience. Participants learned practical techniques for prospecting, client handling, closing deals, and tapping into Filipinohomes’ nationwide network of over 35,000 agents.
A packed day of activities in Gensan
The orientation caps a whirlwind 48 hours for Filipinohomes in General Santos City. On April 21, Leuterio arrived in the city and was warmly welcomed by the local team. Later that evening, he convened a leaders dinner meeting at Horizon Suites, bringing together key unit managers and top agents to align expansion targets. Earlier that same day, team leaders Antonette Mary Lasala and Michael Lasala led a contract signing at the BexPositive Office, formalizing the affiliation of their agents and brokers under the Filipinohomes network.
The new agents orientation is the culmination of these strategic activities, translating leadership alignment into on‑the‑ground recruitment and training.
During the three‑hour session, Leuterio walked attendees through the essentials of a successful real estate career: how to start from zero, how to earn a first six‑figure commission, and how to build the confidence and momentum needed to sustain growth. Participants also received guidance on using Filipinohomes’ national multi‑listing platform and accessing mentorship from experienced brokers.
“Real estate rewards those who take action,” Leuterio told the room, emphasizing that the industry remains one of the most accessible paths to financial freedom for Filipinos.
General Santos City is rapidly emerging as one of Mindanao’s most dynamic property markets. Century Properties Group’s first‑home brand, PHirst, is making its Mindanao debut with PHirst Park Homes Gen San, a ₱5.3‑billion, 23.7‑hectare community in Barangay Baluan that will deliver more than 2,400 residential units. The national government is also expanding its Expanded 4PH Program in the city, with the Deca Homes Gensan 2 project in Barangay Apopong offering 7,430 house‑and‑lot units under Pag‑IBIG’s subsidized loan program.
Economic indicators support the surge. The city recorded ₱376 million in business permit renewal revenues in early 2026, reflecting robust local activity. A ₱2.3‑billion redevelopment of the Central Public Market into a modern, solar‑powered “Palengke Heneral” complex is also underway.
Graduates of the orientation will receive ongoing support, including access to a personal agent website, flexible work‑from‑home arrangements, and performance‑based incentives. They will be assigned to a team leader for hands‑on mentorship as they begin serving clients in General Santos City and surrounding areas.
For Filipinohomes, the Gensan orientation adds another batch of trained agents to its nationwide roster as the network pushes toward its goal of 150 branches. With major developers pouring billions into the city and infrastructure projects moving forward, the demand for qualified real estate professionals in the “Tuna Capital” has never been higher.
