BACOLOD CITY – Filipinohomes continued its nationwide expansion drive with a contract signing for Team LR Direct at the company's Bacolod office on April 21, 2026. The signing formalized the affiliation of the team, granting them access to the network’s national property database, developer partnerships, and training support systems. This marks the simultaneous Team LR Direct contract signing in recent weeks, following the group's earlier Manila signing, signaling the team's aggressive expansion under the Filipinohomes banner.

Why Bacolod is a 2026 real estate hotspot

The signing comes as Bacolod's real estate market gains significant momentum. Major developers are scaling up their presence in the city. SM Development Corp. (SMDC) is targeting the turnover of approximately 4,000 residential units in Western Visayas this year, including around 1,100 units at Smile Residences in Bacolod starting mid‑year. SMDC is also developing Parkville, a 2,394‑lot residential estate in Barangay Granada, supported by a four‑lane elevated bridge providing direct access to Burgos Avenue.

PHINMA Properties is developing Saludad Township, a 21‑hectare master‑planned community in Bacolod's North District, with the TRYP by Wyndham Bacolod hotel already underway.
