Bacolod Unit Managers, Team Leaders Join Boss Ton for Dinner Meeting at L Fisher Hotel on May 6
Updated May 7, 2026

Filipinohomes founder Anthony Leuterio gathered unit managers and team leaders for a dinner meeting at L Fisher Hotel’s Chalet 1 on May 6, 2026. The evening session reviewed key progress, exchanged growth strategies, and strengthened team alignment as Bacolod’s residential market sees record seminar turnout and new office openings.
BACOLOD CITY – On the evening of May 6, 2026, Filipinohomes founder and CEO Anthony “Boss Ton” Gerard O. Leuterio hosted a dinner meeting for unit managers and team leaders at Chalet 1 of L Fisher Hotel on Lacson Street. The gathering, themed “Key Progress Updates – Stronger Teams, Bigger Ideas, Brighter Futures,” brought together the network’s local leadership to review recent milestones and align strategies for the months ahead.
The evening session followed a packed day that saw a record 300 aspiring agents attend a “Build Wealth in Real Estate” seminar at Ayala Central Hall. Over dinner, Leuterio and the leadership team discussed agent development, upcoming product knowledge sessions with developer partners, and ways to strengthen mentorship pipelines across Negros Occidental.
Recent Filipinohomes momentum in Bacolod
The dinner meeting capped a string of Filipinohomes activities in Bacolod over the past two weeks. On April 23, Team Red Diamonds held a contract signing at the network’s Bacolod office. On May 5, Leuterio received a rousing evening welcome from a large entourage of Bacolod agents, followed by a team leaders and unit managers meeting and separate strategic talks with Suntrust Properties Inc. regarding its La Sonrisa community inside Megaworld’s P8‑billion “The Sugartown” township. On May 6, the network opened its 142nd office at Corner Burgos‑Lacson Street and conducted a wealth seminar that drew 300 attendees. The dinner meeting served as the capstone, translating the day’s energy into actionable leadership alignment.

Why Bacolod remains a 2026 real estate engine
The leadership gathering comes as Bacolod’s property market continues to post strong fundamentals. SM Development Corp. (SMDC) is turning over approximately 1,100 units at Smile Residences within SM City Bacolod mid‑2026. PHINMA Properties is advancing Saludad, a 21‑hectare master‑planned community in the North District. Affordable housing is also expanding, with the National Housing Authority’s MassKara Village adding 500 two‑storey duplex units.
Tourism milestones reinforce the local economy. The 30th Panaad sa Negros Festival (April 13‑19, 2026) generated ₱29.42 million in sales – a 47 percent increase from 2025 – and drew a record 45,000 visitors on its final day. The upcoming MassKara Festival in October is expected to further boost short‑term rental demand and investor interest.
Where stronger teams lead
The dinner meeting also touched on how to integrate new agents from the May 6 seminar into existing teams, improve retention, and expand Filipinohomes’ footprint across Negros Occidental. Unit managers shared best practices and discussed upcoming product knowledge sessions with developer partners such as Suntrust, SMDC, and PHINMA Properties.
With residential deliveries accelerating, festivals driving tourism, and a record batch of new agents now ready for field training, the May 6 dinner meeting positioned Bacolod’s leadership team to guide the network’s next phase of growth in Western Visayas, backed by the full resources of the country’s largest real estate network.
