The Filipino Homes team in Bago City met on April 11 to plan Bacolod's April schedule, featuring a WeeComm briefing, new agents orientation, starter kit training, and two product knowledge sessions. The five‑event lineup runs from April 14 to 22.
BAGO CITY, Negros Occidental – On April 11, 2026, the team of Filipino Homes in Bago City met to formulate a detailed timetable. They laid out various activities including trainings and other events that would take place in Bacolod for the rest of the month.
Local unit managers and team leaders were brought together for schedule coordination, ensuring that all activities coincide with the larger objective of the network, which is to expand their penetration in Negros Occidental. Since Bacolod has become a priority area in developing affordable housing and mid-range housing, the team will be scheduling more events to accommodate both new recruits and seasoned agents.
As per the schedule drawn up during the meeting, the team from Bacolod will kick off their activities for the month of April starting April 14 with an introductory discussion about WeeComm projects. The briefing will take participants through the WeeComm housing projects, noting the fact that it is one of the developer partners who contribute to Filipino Homes' biggest sales after the latter. New agents will be introduced to the details of project requirements and the process of availing the 4PH program by the government.
The new agents’ orientation program will take place on April 18. This will be patterned after the orientation of other Filipino Homes’ agents throughout the country. The program will consist of modules on prospecting, dealing with clients, and the usage of the multi-listing software of the company.
On April 20, the team will carry out a starter kit training which is a practical session aimed at equipping new members with all that they require for the purpose of initiating sales. The training entails all necessary documentation, scripts, and digital resources needed, and forms part of the mandatory onboarding process at Filipino Homes.
The month's activities will wrap up on April 22 with a Ferti Acres PKS, focusing on another key project in the network's portfolio.
The Bago City meeting also touched on ways to integrate the Bacolod schedule with simultaneous nationwide initiatives. The team emphasized that consistent training and product knowledge are essential for keeping agents competitive in a fast‑moving market.
As of April 12, the team is now in final preparation mode, with less than 48 hours before the first scheduled event.
