BEX Team Visits ML&D, CLI Offices in Bacolod to Strengthen Developer Collaboration
Updated May 8, 2026

Filipinohomes' BEX team visited ML&D Development Corp. and the Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) office in Bacolod on May 7, 2026. The tour strengthened collaboration as CLI’s Casa Mira Towers Bacolod nears its Q4 2026 completion, and the city welcomes new dining options such as The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
BACOLOD CITY – The BEX team of Filipinohomes conducted an office tour and coordination visit to ML&D Development Corp. and the Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) office in Bacolod City on May 7, 2026. The day-long engagement aimed to deepen working relationships between the network’s local sales force and two of the city’s active property developers.
The visit included project briefings, site updates, and a discussion of upcoming residential inventory that Filipinohomes agents can offer to homebuyers and investors. Representatives from both developers provided the BEX team with the latest information on pricing, payment schemes, and construction timelines, enabling the agents to give more accurate guidance to prospective clients.
Recent Filipinohomes momentum in Bacolod
The BEX team’s developer tour is the latest in a series of Filipinohomes activities in Bacolod over the past two weeks. On April 23, Team Red Diamonds signed contracts at the network’s Bacolod office. On May 5, CEO Anthony Leuterio received a warm welcome, held a leaders meeting, and discussed strategic plans with Suntrust Properties. On May 6, the network opened its 142nd office on Burgos-Lacson Street, conducted a wealth seminar that drew 300 aspiring agents at Ayala Central Hall, hosted a leadership dinner at L Fisher Hotel, and later flew back to Cebu. On May 7, Team Chin Dynasty and Team Wire Toppers also held contract signings at the Bacolod office. The BEX team’s developer tour further reinforces Filipinohomes’ commitment to a well‑trained, well‑connected local sales force.
What the tour covered
At the ML&D Development Corp. office, the BEX team reviewed the developer’s current and upcoming residential projects in Bacolod, focusing on project features, buyer financing options, and reservation procedures. The session provided agents with updated marketing materials and a clearer understanding of ML&D’s target market.
At the CLI office, the focus was on Casa Mira Towers Bacolod, a four‑tower residential condominium development in Barangay Bata. The project, which broke ground in 2022, comprises 1,429 studio and one‑bedroom units and is valued at P1.8 billion. Tower 1 had already achieved 73% sales take‑up, generating P630 million in early sales. The development is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026. Amenities will include a fitness gym, clubhouse, prayer room, viewing deck, pools, and ground‑floor retail spaces, while around 40% of the 1.12‑hectare footprint is dedicated to open space.
The BEX team also received updates on CLI’s broader VisMin pipeline. CLI has allocated up to P20 billion in capital expenditures for 2026 on a consolidated basis and launched more than 4,500 residential units worth about P31.3 billion across Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Palawan, and General Santos in 2025. In Bacolod, the company already operates Citadines Bacolod City, the largest international hotel in the city, which opened in 2024 with 200 rooms and a 1,000‑square‑meter convention center.
Why Bacolod is a 2026 real estate magnet
Bacolod’s property market is being energized by an expanding dining and lifestyle scene that attracts both residents and tourists. The iconic Manokan Country Redevelopment Project, a partnership between SM Prime Holdings and the city government, is set to open in 2026, transforming the area into a world‑class culinary destination with an open‑air plaza, beer garden, hawker stalls, and retail shops. Meanwhile, popular restaurant chain Mesa will soon return to Bacolod at SM City Bacolod, bringing Filipino classics like Crispy Pork Belly and Tinapa Roll.
The city’s café culture continues to flourish. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf opened a new branch at the ground floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central, offering premium coffee and tea pairings in a convenient location. These lifestyle developments drive foot traffic and raise the appeal of nearby residential and mixed‑use properties.
Strengthening the local sales force
For the BEX team, the May 7 developer tour ensured that agents are equipped with up‑to‑date project data, allowing them to better serve buyers and investors. The knowledge gained will be cascaded to other team members through internal training sessions. With CLI’s Casa Mira Towers Bacolod on track for Q4 2026 completion, a new Manokan Country poised to attract global visitors, and a growing roster of popular dining spots, the BEX team is well positioned to help clients navigate Bacolod’s rising real estate opportunities, backed by the full resources of the country’s largest real estate network.
