A representative of leading VisMin developer Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) conducted a Train the Trainers seminar for Filipinohomes agents and brokers on May 4, 2026, at the network’s Tagbilaran City branch. The session equipped local leaders to cascade product knowledge as CLI accelerates delivery of economic housing across its ₱20‑billion 2026 capital expenditure program.
TAGBILARAN CITY – Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), the leading real estate developer in the Visayas and Mindanao, extended its partnership with Filipinohomes by conducting a Train the Trainers seminar at the network’s Tagbilaran City branch on May 4, 2026. The session was led by a CLI representative Sir Iban and attended by Filipinohomes agents and brokers who will serve as local trainers.
The program aimed to equip participants with comprehensive product knowledge and sales techniques for CLI’s economic housing projects, as the developer ramps up residential delivery across its VisMin footprint. The training format – a cascade model – allows seasoned agents and brokers to subsequently train their respective teams, scaling the impact of CLI’s product information across Filipinohomes’ wide agent base.
CLI reinforces presence in VisMin
The Train the Trainers session comes weeks after CLI revealed record residential reservations of ₱24.6 billion for 2025, a 45.6‑percent jump from the previous year, driven by robust housing demand and sustained take‑up across its expanding portfolio. The company has positioned economic housing brand Casa Mira as its flagship driver, alongside its Garden Series. Excluding lot sales, real estate sales and related finance income rose 10 percent to ₱17.3 billion from ₱15.8 billion a year earlier.
CLI has allocated capital expenditures of up to ₱20 billion for 2026 on a consolidated basis, inclusive of newly acquired property assets, as it expands its pipeline of residential, mixed‑use, and hotel projects across 16 cities in the region. In the first half, CLI recorded a 13‑percent increase in consolidated net income to ₱2.49 billion as consolidated revenue rose 5 percent to ₱11.87 billion.
The Train the Trainers session was held in Tagbilaran City, capital of Bohol, a province that has emerged as a CLI growth corridor. Both primary and secondary housing demand in the province has remained resilient even amid global uncertainties, as buyers and investors shift focus to capital preservation and long‑term assets. The tourism sector continues to reinforce residential appetite: Bohol welcomed approximately 1.4 million tourists in 2025, a 4‑percent increase over the previous year, while foreign arrivals expanded by 14 percent, the province’s highest growth to date. A direct chartered flight from Japan landed in Bohol on May 2, carrying 164 tourists and signaling renewed momentum for international arrivals.
For Filipinohomes, the Train the Trainers session adds a layer of technical competence to its sales force in the Visayas. Agents who participated in the May 4 seminar will now be able to conduct product knowledge sessions for junior recruits, ensuring that CLI’s project specifications and financing options – including economic housing packages under the national 4PH Program – are accurately communicated to buyers.
The session also follows a series of CLI‑Filipinohomes collaborative events. Over the weekend, Filipinohomes agents joined a WeeComm roadshow at SouthPrime Flats in Iloilo City; on the same day as the Tagbilaran training, Filipinohomes teams from Iloilo and Bacolod held a joint planning session. The CLI‑led Train the Trainers gathering adds to this momentum, deepening the developer’s partnerships with the country’s largest real estate network.
By investing in a cascade‑style training model, CLI ensures that product knowledge is propagated from a small group of qualified trainers to the broader Filipinohomes sales force, improving the quality of buyer advisement across the network’s growing provincial footprint. With CLI’s ₱20‑billion capex fueling project delivery in the VisMin region, the Tagbilaran training positions Filipinohomes agents to guide clients through a wide range of economic housing options as demand for affordable, well‑located properties continues to rise.
