Team LR Alliance held a contract signing at the Filipinohomes Bohol Office on April 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM, formalizing its unit managers and salespersons. The event strengthens the network's presence amid Bohol's sustained property demand, infrastructure push, and surging tourism, including a record dragon boat festival and a May 2 Japanese charter flight.
BOHOL – Team LR Alliance held a contract signing at the Filipinohomes Bohol Office on April 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM, formalizing the affiliation of its unit managers and salespersons. The signing marks another step in the network's aggressive expansion across the province, granting the newly signed leaders and agents access to Filipinohomes' national property database, developer partnerships, training resources, and administrative support systems.
The event follows a series of Filipinohomes activities in Bohol this month. On April 10, founder and CEO Anthony Leuterio conducted a "Build Wealth in Real Estate" seminar at Metro Centre Hotel in Tagbilaran City, drawing a full house of aspiring agents. Later that day, he held a strategy meeting with local leaders, followed by a site tripping activity in Dao, Dauis on April 11. On April 21, Team A Peridot signed a contract at the Dauis office, and on April 22, Team LR Direct held its own signing at the same venue.
Why Bohol Remains a 2026 Real Estate Hub
Bohol's property market continues to benefit from a combination of sustained tourism, major infrastructure projects, and stable residential demand. In 2025, the province welcomed around 1.4 million tourists, marking a four percent increase from the previous year. Foreign arrivals posted a 14 percent growth, the "highest growth" so far, with visitors coming from South Korea, China, the United States, Taiwan, France, Spain, Australia, and Russia.
On April 18-19, Bohol successfully staged the first‑ever Glow-in-the-Dark International Dragon Boat Festival 2026 in Tagbilaran City, drawing eight teams and over 200 paddlers, including participants from Canada and Hungary. The nighttime racing event illuminated the waters and highlighted the province's growing sports‑tourism potential.
Looking ahead, a charter flight from Tokyo is scheduled to arrive at Bohol‑Panglao International Airport on May 2, carrying Japanese tourists. Governor Erico Aris Aumentado described the flight as a "very important step" toward establishing regular direct flights from Japan to Bohol. It is expected to benefit the province's tourism, economy, and local livelihoods.
Major infrastructure continues to reshape the province's connectivity. The PHP4.53‑billion expansion of the Bohol‑Panglao International Airport is on track, with operations and maintenance set to be turned over to Aboitiz InfraCapital Bohol Airport Corporation on June 16, 2026. The project will increase passenger capacity from 2 million to 2.5 million annually by 2026, and to nearly 4 million by 2030.
The long‑delayed third Tagbilaran‑Panglao offshore bridge is also moving forward with financing support from the French Government Financing Facility. French Embassy Director Marc Raynal, after an assessment visit to Bohol on February 9, 2026, confirmed, "One thing for sure, it's a go." The P7.1‑billion, 1.03‑kilometer, four‑lane cable‑stayed bridge is expected to ease congestion between Tagbilaran City and Panglao Island, improve airport‑to‑city traffic flow, and support the efficient movement of passengers and goods. It is targeted for completion by 2029 or 2030.
For Team LR Alliance, the contract signing grants its newly affiliated unit managers and salespersons full access to Filipinohomes' national property database and developer partnerships. The team will undergo onboarding, including training on the network's multi‑listing platform and integration with developer partners such as PrimaryHomes Inc., which continues to post stable demand for its Royal Oceancrest Series on Panglao Island, benefiting from established locations and sustained residential and tourism demand.
With Bohol's tourism sector booming, infrastructure advancing, and the demand for professional real estate services rising, the April 23 contract signing positions Team LR Alliance to capture a share of this growing market, backed by the resources of the country's largest real estate network.
