Team LR SOLID held a contract signing for its unit managers and salespersons in Bohol on April 22, 2026, formalizing its leadership and sales force. Bohol’s real estate market is booming with a PHP4.5‑billion airport upgrade, a French‑funded bridge, and 1.4 million tourist arrivals in 2025.
BOHOL – The Filipinohomes network in the province grew stronger as Team LR SOLID held a contract signing for its unit managers and salespersons on April 22, 2026, at Filipinohomes Bohol office. The event formalized the leadership and sales force structure of the team, granting its members access to the network’s national property database, developer partnerships, training resources, and administrative support systems.
Filipinohomes’ Growing Bohol Footprint
The Team LR SOLID contract signing is the latest in a series of Filipinohomes activities in Bohol. The network recently opened its 137th franchise office in Panglao, located in Dao, Dauis, under the leadership of Real Estate Broker Shiela Avergonzado. The network also held a “Build Wealth in Real Estate” seminar in Tagbilaran City on April 10, led by founder and CEO Anthony Leuterio, followed by a strategy meeting and site tripping activity in Dao, Dauis on April 11. Earlier on April 21, Filipinohomes held a Team A Peridot contract signing at its Dauis office.
The contract signing comes as Bohol’s real estate market gains momentum, underpinned by major infrastructure projects and a surge in tourism. The province recorded around 1.4 million tourist arrivals in 2025, a four percent increase from the previous year, with foreign arrivals posting a 14 percent growth, the “highest growth” so far. In 2026, the province is set to welcome Japanese tourists on a chartered flight on May 2, a move that Governor Erico Aris Aumentado described as a “very important boost” to efforts to bring regular direct flights from Japan to the Bohol-Panglao International Airport.
On the infrastructure front, the PHP4.5‑billion upgrade of the Bohol‑Panglao International Airport is underway, which will increase its capacity from 2 million to 2.5 million passengers a year by 2026. The Third Tagbilaran‑Panglao Offshore Bridge, a 1.03‑kilometer, four‑lane cable‑stayed bridge financed by the French government, is also moving forward. The bridge is envisioned to ease congestion between Tagbilaran City and Panglao Island, improve airport‑to‑city traffic flow, and support the efficient movement of passengers and goods. A French Embassy official visited Bohol in February 2026 for a crucial assessment of the project, expressing optimism and confidence in the direction of the project and the collaborative efforts of local and national partners.
The influx of major developers further validates the province’s potential. PrimaryHomes Inc. reported that its Royal Oceancrest Series in Panglao Island continues to post stable demand, benefiting from established locations and sustained residential and tourism demand. The company noted that its Panglao project is already operational, with a second development transitioning to unit turnover.
With the signing completed, the newly affiliated unit managers and salespersons will undergo onboarding, including training on Filipinohomes’ multi‑listing platform and integration with developer partners. They will also receive mentorship from experienced brokers as they begin serving clients in Bohol.
For Team LR SOLID and Filipinohomes, the contract signing marks a key step in turning Bohol into a real estate powerhouse in the Visayas, as the province continues to attract investment and development.
