Filipinohomes will lead a delegation of brokers and investors at PriLand Development Corporation’s exclusive roadshow in Davao City on April 24, 2026. The event, running from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Manuel Morales Building, will feature special offers on the developer’s latest residential projects.
DAVAO CITY – Filipinohomes, the country’s largest real estate network with over 35,000 agents nationwide, is set to lead a delegation of brokers and investors at PriLand Development Corporation’s exclusive roadshow on April 24, 2026, at the Manuel Morales Building along JP Laurel Avenue.
The event, themed “From Cebu to Davao: Discover Your Next Smart Property Investment,” will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. PriLand, a Cebu‑based developer founded in 2013, has built a reputation for quality residential and mixed‑use projects across the Visayas and is now expanding aggressively into Mindanao.
Filipinohomes at the forefront
Filipinohomes, which has been actively expanding its presence in Mindanao, will be among the key attendees at the roadshow. The network’s participation underscores its commitment to bringing prime investment opportunities to its growing base of agents and clients in Davao City. PriLand President Ramon Carlo Yap has previously expressed confidence in leveraging Filipinohomes’ extensive network to market projects, noting that the partnership opens up greater opportunities for expansion.
“We see the industrial real estate as a sector with high growth potential,” Yap had said at the sidelines of a national real estate convention hosted by Filipinohomes. He also noted that the developer plans to tap Filipinohomes’ nationwide reach to market its properties.
Attendees of the roadshow can expect exclusive access to PriLand’s latest residential projects, with special offers available only at the event. Filipinohomes, which has been actively recruiting and training agents across Mindanao, will be present alongside other brokers and investors to explore these opportunities.
PriLand’s expansion into Davao City is part of a broader strategy to address housing demand in the region. Yap has noted that Mindanao presents “huge opportunities for developers” given its vast lands suitable for housing and commercial developments. The company has previously announced plans for a middle‑ to high‑end residential project on a 50‑hectare property in Davao City.
The developer’s portfolio includes residential subdivisions, condominiums, and mixed‑use complexes. Its projects are designed to cater to a wide range of buyers, from first‑time home seekers to investors looking for premium properties.
The roadshow comes as Davao City’s real estate market continues to show steady momentum in 2026. Davao is shaping up to be one of the Philippines’ most resilient residential investment markets, supported by steady urban expansion, integrated township developments, and sustained end‑user demand. Major infrastructure projects are also boosting the city’s appeal, including the Davao International Airport Passenger Terminal Building expansion, which is 31.7% complete and expected to be finished by December 2026, and the Ulas Viaduct, which is 78.6% complete.
For Filipinohomes, the roadshow represents another step in its nationwide expansion, bringing its agents and investors closer to high‑potential projects in key growth areas like Davao. The network, which recently opened its 137th franchise office in Panglao and is expanding into Dumaguete, continues to push toward its goal of 150 branches nationwide.
The event is free and open to the public. Interested participants may attend at the Manuel Morales Building along JP Laurel Avenue on April 24, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
